Rude staff, horrible room. One of the worst experiences in a hotel.
Rooms were smelling, was getting itching on sofa. Girl was not all accommodating.
Stay the hell away.

We had a great experience. We enjoyed the hot breakfast.. great variety. The hotel is always clean, rooms are spacious. Thank you Kelly for providing excellent customer services. Kelly is super nice and helpful so I definitely recommend talking to her with any questions you might have. Thanks again.

If you're a fan of old, borderline ancient, hotel rooms - this is the place for you! Otherwise, good service and solid location. In terms of price - you can find much better at similar prices.

Rooms feel slightly dated but everything was great will stay again next work trip
10month update: I've stayed about 6 more times for work trips they are in the process of updating all the rooms. Not a huge fan of them taking the carpet out. But will continue to stay here for work.

Sorry, this is probably the worst Hyatt we’ve been to. The room smells odd, like old and moldy. The carpet is dirty and also has smell. The shower also has an odd scent and it just looks dated. We always love the Hyatt, but this one just is the one that stands out negatively for us. We still like to stay at the Hyatt overall, but I wish this place gets the love it needs.

This is the only hotel I’ve ever been too that charges you for early check in $50.00
They have rooms available but rather customer sit in the lobby till 3pm as a thank you for doing business with them it’s 12 pm I’ll be here in the lobby till three
