I recently came to Lowe’s this past weekend looking to get a set of door locks. An employee by the name of (Ishan) was very helpful in aiding me to make the right selection. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and explained the products well. Very satisfied with the customer service!

Great customer service. The older hispanic gentleman in outdoor garden I believe his name is Art he is always willing to help everytime I come in he's there. Really knowledgeable,works really.Great Place to shop if looking for great customer service

store is horrible. recently ordered a garage door opener to be picked up, never picked up, called them to cancel order. was contacted last week to find out when I wanted to pick up, they said they would cancel the order. got an email thank you for picking up, called them they apologized and said they are reversing the transaction, that person did not revrse it.now on hold for 30 minutes to get a refund. lowes has gone down hill so much they are forced to scam their customers now

Awful customer service from Lowe's Garland store! Because of the Supervisor (Preston)-(He, himself not aware of the return policy), I have lost pretty good amount of money and a bad attitude from their side as if I got it all for free. And their corporate are more hopeless, they don't even know how to find a solution for their blunder! Guys, Please save yourselves from Lowes. This is the reason why, they are losing their business! You got Home Depot! This would be our last purchase from this store and even from our whole extended family/community!

Customer service lady was extremely rude. The customer service quality has really gone downhill at the location since getting rid of their previous store manager who was amazing and ran a very well maintained store. This is why Home Depot gets all of our company’s business now.

I usually get good service here. Tonight was very different. I called to ask about an item, Noone could give me any info. I came in to get said item, 1 display left. I asked about an open box discount, got laughed at. Then waited a long time to get display item while watching 3 different associates walk past me, no greeting or eye contact. The associate that arrived to elp me must have even a mute or something. I know times are hard and everyone is feeling it but damn, yall. You really sucked today.

Ran into a snag installing a new handle for my Grandmother. As always time is of the essence. Luckily I ran across Mike. Mike new exactly what to do and where to help. Without Mike, I would have been there forever! Thank you so much Mike for your help and it was such appreciated! If I need anything for a home update, I can promise I will return because of Mikes professionalism, patience and knowledge of what I was in need for, Thanks again!

I needed to pick up a window a/c unit for my in-laws and this location had the model I was needing. I did not receive any help loading onto my cart or into my vehicle even when employees saw me struggling. That is not good customer service especially when I spend hundreds of dollars.

This Lowe's is the worse lowes store. The managers and customer services have absolutely no education in customer service and can barely understand whatever language that they are speaking. Today I tried to returned a item that was new with the original store scan tag. After the return desk people said that they couldn't issue a store credit due to no receipt, I told them That it was a gift and there was no receipt. I then ask why they are not issuing a credit so I can get something equal to the amt of my return. After waiting over a hour getting the run around. The manager from Nigeria that couldn't speak English well, and wasn't trained in customer service finally came to the returned desk. Ms Lwawwaniiaa or something like that said, they just changed their return policy last week, I asked them being a regular customer why wasn't some notice sent out about this change. I then said, that I would never shop at that particular store again due to their rudeness, no customer service. Now I know why this Firewheel store is rated with a 1 star!!! Their are better Lowes stores that have descent people that are employed at their stores. I ended up going to the Lowe's that is in a better part of Dallas and they were very nice and accommodating and issued a store credit, where I ended up buying a $1700. 00 gazebo, so glad to spend my money in a well run and better store.

I’ve bought the Samsung bespoken fridge and bought the panel doors. It only took 10 months to receive the my panel door they suck!!! But the delivery guys Victor and Luis were great the installed the doors and also level them they way they belong. Those to guys were great thank you Victor and Luis!
