Went in for a smoothie bowl and was told smoothie bowls were not sold at this location when there was signs all around this store advising the smoothie bowls. Pretty sure the worker just didn’t want to make the smoothie bowl.

I order the Vegan mango kale smoothie with no bananas and no subs for the bananas. it's really a simple order, i can order it at multiple other locations with no complaints or eyes being rolled, but the on N garland ave anytime i order it, one of the workers not sure if its the owner or manager. he complains about my order everytime, i even heard him tell the other person who was making my order not do ever do it like that again. I understand without bananas makes the smoothie more liquid and not as thick, but if im asking for it a certain way, why are you going to fight me on what i like? I will never go back to this location.

Went in the store this morning for two smoothies employee in there must have filled 10 online orders before looking over or speaking to me. I was the only one in the store. Finally ordered and she fills a few more orders before mine then hands me the one smoothie when I clearly asked for 2 if the same order. Waited 20 minutes and didn’t leave with what I came for. Completely wasted my time. This store will not see me again. Last time I was here I ordered a 20 ounce they made a larger drink and told me I was paying for the 20 ounce when I checked the receipt it showed they charged me 1$ more for the larger drink. If I could give half a star or 0 I would.1. Take care of the guest e front if you ready to pay.2. Take the time to listen instead of trying to do five things at once.3. I know what I ordered and how I ordered it. Don’t tell me I didn’t say two of the same when I said it twice!
