  • "Stopped by for a late dinner. 50 cent corn dogs. Parking lot clean, descent business. We ordered came out pretty quick, everything was hot. Only downside. Server forgot mustard and ketchup. Said he would be right back, never came. Press button for service asked for mustard and ketchup, waited 5 minutes, different server brought mustard. Also the corn dog seems smaller, l don't know if its because of promo or they started making them smaller in general."
  • "Was called a liar by the "manager", and blamed someone being in training (she has been there weeks) for the reason there was no marinara included with the mozzarella sticks. Even though the trainee asked if I wanted marinara or ranch. We spend about $60 a week at this location alone. I have spent my last dollar here. Luckily there is another nearby, and man do I hope they are in competition with one another. I didn't realize how bad this place was either until I come to leave a review and see they have more 1 star reviews than anything.   • "This past Wednesday afternoon I ordered a Happy Meal and an adult meal at this place of business. I went out by the watee fountain outside and had my meals with my two boys who are 3 and 1. As I was shopping my 3 year old wanted me to open the toy from the Happy Meal and it was Wonder Woman and he saw a picture of Batman and wanted Batman. So, I went back the store to see if they would give me a Batman toy instead. I spoke to the manage James and shared with him I wish he had asked which toy my son preferred or at least customized the Happy Meal based on gender. He said, he can't give me another toy without me paying $1. I told him that this wouldn't have happened if there was not a flaw in your process and simply asked. He said we just grab whatever that comes to their hand from the box and toss in the Happy Meal bag. I told him MC Donald's always ask what the customer preference is. He said he has worked at Mc Donald's before and they have a box for boys and girls. I told him why don't you guys have the same process? He said we just don't. I told him this looks to me this is just laziness and shows no willingness to make your customers happy. He said well if I didn't open the toy he he would have given me Batman. and asked me, Didn't I see that the toy was Wonder Woman? I told him no my son was being fussy and I was shopping I just opened the toy without looking at what it was. I asked him, "Do you have kids?" He said, "Yes.!" So I said you must understand where I am coming from. He said no cause he would have looked at the toy and read before he opened it and since I didn't do that the person who is lazy is ME!!! I couldn't believe he said that. I was mistaken that a professional on the job would make sure he would customize the Happy Meal toy according to my child's gender. Every boy loves Batman! If he knew he had that option why didn't he do it. I told him my husband is a business owner. He wouldn't have never mistreated a repeating customer or not over a mass produced toy that is probably made less than a cent or even .20 cents $1, $2, or even $5. I told James the manager, if the Sonic business owner heard that you argued with a customer over a toy that you were too lazy to ask the customer's preference he would be upset at you. He said, the business owner would support him. I told him I will be submitting a complaint. James said, "Go ahead I dont care." I told him if he continues to run the business this way and treat people this way ...He will never make it further in life. He said, he's a manager and he makes plenty of money. I told him if this how you deal with customers you will continue being an employee. A man with a business sense would have never done this. Can you believe he had a 3 year old boy leave the store sad and experience a man talking mean to his mother. And he says he's a father. I would not recommend anyone to come to this Sonic location. Customer Satisfaction is not their priority. It was evident James was pulling a power trip. Really, James just Couldn't reach over and grab a Batman toy and give it to the boy and say to the parent this will not happen again because we will make sure we ask what the kid preference is next time we have a Happy Meal order. Moms this is not the place you want to bring your kids to and be exposed people who are not nice and not friendly. There are so many other options at Firewheel Mall."

  • "Ordered a Large Cherry Ice Cream Slush. After waiting 15 minutes I hit the button again to get an update on my order and the guy says it will be right out. 30 seconds later the kid brings my slush which is no longer ice cream nor slush it's past the point of melted and not even cold. Best guess is it was forgotten and left sitting directly beside something extremely hot. $4.50 for a large warm creamy cherry drink."
  • "Went to this location to grab some drinks. Ordered a chocolate and vanilla iced coffee (WITH EASY ICE) It was the most disgusting thing I have ever had. They got the easy ice right but it tasted like watered down black coffee. There was no sign of vanilla or chocolate in that drink! Tried calling to speak to someone but someone picked up the line and immediately hung up... on a second attempt it just rang and rang. So dissapointed!   • "Getting 2 stars only for the one crew member who helped us even though he was off the clock. The person who took our order told us they didn't have a combo for the 12 piece boneless wings combo. We can order it at our usual Sonic all the time. So, they charged us for 2 6 wing combos PLUS 2 12 wing entrees. When I realised it, I told them the order was wrong. So, they took the combos off completely. When the order came finally out, no fries for the combos, one drink short, 2 custards short. Train staff better!"

I've never had a concern with this location before, but I contacted the manager who was hesitant to advise me of her name or her managers name. I will be contacting corporate. Sonic has always delivered excellent service. There was absolutely no consideration or resolution attempted and the supposed manager became defensive although I remained professional.   • "Worst experience ever! I wish I could give a 0. They were out of cookie dough, but waited until 5 minutes after we ordered to come out and tell us. Then they kept putting other orders on our screen and would then bring them out to us but they weren't ours. This also resulted in them charging our order and another order to my credit card. Took 20 minutes to get our food then another 15 minutes to figure out the incorrect charges. Then in order to get the incorrectly charged order refunded it takes 72 hours. "
  • "Still haven't located my daughter. I did manage to get a response from the corporate office of Sonic though. My daughter worked at Sonic (6202 Braodway Blvd. Garland,Tx) and one of her adult bosses Mitzy, WHO KNEW SHE WAS FILED AS A RUNAWAY, took her to the warped tour concert in Dallas this past Friday instead of contacting the police and making sure that Sarah was returned to where she was supposed to be. After the concert Mitzy also dropped her at an undisclosed location and has refused to tell me where or when. ALL OF THIS IS AGAINST THE LAW... When I contacted the store manager Eric this past Friday he really just tried to brush everything under the rug and kept on covering for this female manager. He was supposed to get in contact with her and get back to me but that never happened. Eric also REFUSED to put me in contact with the corporate office or anyone over him so I could report these issues. I had to look up all the information online and wait until corporate opened up this morning to call them and file a complaint. I received a call from a district supervisor and am now waiting to hear back from as to what Sonic plans to do about any of this. Sometime either late Friday evening after the concert or Saturday is when Sarah's Father actually got involved and he now has her hidden in an undisclosed ligation. He has no legal custody and hasn't even paid child support or seen Sarah more than twice since 2013. The direct actions of the Sonic Managers are what lead to this situation getting even more out of control and to my daughter ending up where ever she actually is now. To be quite honest I am shocked and am very concerned that this manager is someone with direct influence over the actions, safety and well being of all the kids employed under her... This whole situation is ridiculous and I really feel like Sonic should be held accountable for their part in all of this."
