The pharmacy is so rude, unprofessional and shady! They tried to scam me into paying $80 for methocarbamol. I know for a fact that medication is not that expensive. I was trying to pick up my meds, and the lady at the front tried to convince me that the medication was $200 and with the “discount” it was going down to $80. Just to find out they were charging me for lidocaine patches as well, even after I specifically told them when I dropped off my prescription that I didn’t want the patches. They need to do better! I can’t even imagine how many customers have unknowingly been giving away their money to them!!

I called at 9:00 this morning to see if my prescription would be ready by lunch and was assured by a pharmacist that the prescription would be ready by noon. I showed up at 12:10 only to be told that my prescription had been routed through a fulfillment center and would not be ready until tomorrow. I got no text or phone call updating. Not only was I inconvenienced, but I'm without essential medication for a day. Completely inconsiderate and unprofessional. This Walgreens is worse than useless. They're actively harmful.

To fix my daughter prescription it takes me almost a week. The customer service I Pharmacy is so bad, to long waiting on line. They are very ignorant. I don't why Walgreens fire all those work in the pharmacy and hire professional. I was just wish them they go through the same situation I have so they can understand. Bad customer service specifically Pharmacy. I wish I get less than one.

absolutely horrible system for vaccines went online through. WALLGREENS did everything to schedule the appointment for a Pfizer Covid vaccine? Two days from now. 15 minutes after they closed the same day I scheduled the appointment they canceled it no explanation. No reason just canceled it. They sent me an email well it could've been canceled by the store, please schedule at a later date. Why was it scheduled in the first place no reason no employee issues staff issues we don't have that vaccine that you want. If you don't have the vaccine I want why would I schedule it later day? WALLGREENS vaccine scheduling is just bad.I would rate zero stars if that was an option

My insurance changed, and the new one doesn't cover CVS pharmacy, only Walgreens and small independent pharmacies. I have been unimpressed. Every month, at least 1 of my 4 regular medications is out of stock, or there is some delay in filling it (a problem I never encountered at CVS). Walgreens uses a central fill site and then ships the precriptions to the store, and I guess they don't realize (or don't care) that we have environmental problems, because the amount of waste is amazing. They use plastic bottles that are 200× too large, then put those in plastic bags, then stuff the plastic bags full of paperwork that could be printed on much less paper. Come on, Walgreens. Do better.

The cashier was helping me fill out the rewards information.The touch screen was not keeping the input information.When the manager (not even interested in knowing his name) came out to the register his attitude was like I was intruding on his life.Did not acknowledge my question for help.There is a reason for the low reviews.I apologize for disturbing his nap time.Customer service training should be in his future.

Wow!I had to go to Walgreens to get my shingles shot, because Target didn't take my insurance. Not only did it take 30 minutes and they weren't even busy...the person giving me the shot, jabbed it in my arm, and then proceeded to push it in further into my arm. My arm still hurts, even though I had the shot 3 days ago. My Hubby was able to get his shot at Target because he's on Medicare. He said other than filling the needle go into his arm, there was very little pain and his arm is not sore at all.Needless to say, I will not be coming back to this Walgreens, nor will I get my 2nd what shot here.

Over two years getting my meds through Walgreens and had problems over and over again. Let the local staff insight know with our any resolution. Called corporate and explained my issues to no resolution. Not a user friendly app for med management.

The pharmacy staff is the worst. They have no customer service they are rude and not helpful at all. I will be moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy. The worst pharmacy ever

Pharmacy might be one of the slowest in existence. On top of that they have very limited hours that include an unlisted "mealtime break" that you may need to look up prior to trying to pickup a prescription.

I placed a photo order online, got to the store 10 minutes after my pickup time and was notified they hadn’t even started my order. I questioned why the pickup time was wrong online and the guy working the photo counter said they were too busy to check the orders (there were no other people in the store at the time). I was informed it would be another hour before it was ready (so much for 1-hr photo), and he was very short with me and unapologetic. Very dissatisfied with my experience at this Walgreens photo location.
