I want to note the staff is friendly for the most part/ they became a little annoyed and held a tone when I came back to just ask a simple question yesterday about the tanning beds- the female said "i already told you" instead of having grace with a loyal member this was at 4:42 pm-yet i understand sometimes people lack patience in this day and age and it needs to be addressed with a compassionate hand- im traveling and felt safe to continue to stay and utilize the resources my father has given me on my journey- i want to say the gym has beautiful amenities- however i need to say the patrons that are regular do not make it easy for staff- i notice their lack of care towards the property and immense operation you have here- they lack any couth- in the bathroom maybe more trash cans need to be in the eyes view or they do things like leave paper towels and water bottles scattered and even to this- leave no trace is not just for the outdoors it is city wide to small town - other than that thank you for being here. This is just some constructive criticism! The 24/7 is a commitment and for that im grateful!

Really great GYM, trainer was exceptional in my weight loss. Wish I could have stayed there, I ended up having to move to Litchfield Park Arizona. But if I ever return I will be there again, thank you for the great experience and exercise.

Pros: Equipment is always in working order, staff is pleasant, bathrooms generally very clean. Cons: Two TVs have been inoperable for the last month. The staff hangs out behind the counter, and rarely if ever, walks around the floor to monitor what's going on; i.e., people talking on phones, people tying up equipment in the "30-Minute Workout" room and not doing the prescribed workout ( we are there 4-5 times a week and have never seen any of the staff walk into that room to monitor what's going on). The number of people we have seen not wiping down equipment after they are done, is unacceptable to us and none of the staff addresses that issue. I am aware that people need their phones to check in and keep track of their workouts, but we have never seen staff confront someone tying up a piece of equipment for an extended amount of time because they are surfing the web or dealing with texts. This PF is way too busy to have people using equipment as a phone booth.

Horrible place, staff is disrespectful and entirely unhelpful. Manager has a very bad attitude and is completely disorganized. Attempted to cancel membership multiple times but was still charged every month since. Sent 3 letters in total over 6 months and had to get them on the phone to cancel my membership even though their policy is to send a letter or show up in person, which is difficult when you have moved 4 hours away. Still can not get a refund and the manager doesn't even have access to cancelation documents past 3 weeks ago according to her own words.

Nice big location. Has all of the equipment I need. Plenty of treadmills, Smith Machines, and free weights. Staff is friendly and they greet you when you come in. I was expecting the bathroom to be old and dirty but nope, nice and clean. Decent crowd in the evening but not too crowded.

Love this gym. Employees are nice. The manager is awesome!
Sometimes I'll grunt or breathe really loud, but it's all good!
Perfect place for everyone to work out.
My favorite thing about this gym: massage chairs!
