This place is a scam. The guy told me when he sold you. My TV in my chair. If I paid a little extra about the 12 months. It would be paid off and he lied. I have to pay $325 a month. And I can't afford that. So he quit 2 months ago. So there's nothing I can do yesterday. I want to make a payment. And the lady told me if I take my TV insurance off that it would make my payment list my interest list. Or some something like that and I said. Why would I want to take the insurance off of my TV of something happened to it and she said. Oh, let's just get you. We have and we have new management here. So I'm like. What does your new management get a do for me, OK? A guy screwed me over, and so now I'm gonna owe so much money. After that 12 months cause he didn't explain it to me right? And so after I made my payment. I was walking off in the 2 black people at the front desk. Were laughing at me and I think that it is so rude. I think that place needs to close. I'll be so glad when I pay my 12 month. Cuz after that I'm not paying anymore. Because I was lying to they need to close

They said that they open at 10AM and we could go and pick it up at the warehouse but when we got there at 10, they said they opened at 11, I wasted my money on my truck rental and also wasted my time. After I wanted to get a refund they said it would cost 15%. It was only one day. They’re the bad service costumers.

My experience with Mr. Charles at the branch on 161 was amazing. He was knowledgeable about the appliances I wanted to purchase, he took me through the process of financing through Conn’s instead of the other company who approved me, he was very thorough and efficient, not to mention warm, kind, and humorous. Diona was really great and helped us with our purchase. She really went all the way to add on warranty, stackables and delivery for the washer and dryer that I really wanted. Will definitely come back again.

The guy that assisted me was very knowledgeable on TV's in stock. However I was really disappointed/upset. There was a memorial sale that was extended well at least I thought so because there was flyers still posted up that were not removed. I assumed I was going to be able to get my tv installed for free since I purchased a particular model that included free installation with purchase of a tv mount. If the flyers would have not been there I would have not been upset but because there were still being advertised. It’s wasn’t just one flyer there was multiple flyers still advertising this promotion. I got my hopes up for nothing and the fact that I spent 3.5k in total I don't see why I couldn't get the installation for free. To be honest that discourage me from adding a surround system. I got corporate involved and they weren’t much help besides there were sorry and couldn’t honored the free installation. That’s apparently I could have walked away if I wanted to. But since I didn’t and I still followed through my purchase. There was nothing the can do about it. This store needs to do better and make sure all promotions that are no longer valid to be removed.

Jose was very friendly and knowledgeable I don't think the door had even opened all the way before we were greeted with his warm smile he also explained the process of the different financial portion of this deal he really made me feel like I really mattered so now Conns has a customer for life.

There is a sale's person there that was trying to hard to sell me. I declined to purchase based on my religious obligations with interest. The interest rate was heavy on the high. After I declined she said, well you should go on and purchase now since you've been approved, you might not get approved again. Who says that to a person, especially in front of her manager. It was a beautiful set of washer and dryer, mine was in excellent condition that I have already.

It was a great experience! She helped me quickly and was very knowledgeable about the laptop device I wanted. She quickly took my information and went to the back to see if I was approved for the extra device. Whilst she was there I had a fantastic time browsing the store. The electronics and TV section was amazing. I'm coming back to upgrade my Samsung LED. Also there were other electronics I want to add to my account. Then she came to where I was at and we started the application process. Everything was absolutely perfect. Thanks Conns I am going to be a life long customer.

The Worst Team I ever dealt with from the sales person to the manager.. I purchased a dishwasher on black Friday and was told it was in stock, when I went to pick it up, I was given the wrong pick up slip, then told it was not in stock, since then i have been given the run around and have not been able to get answers on MY PRODUCT i been back and forth from the warehouse to the store... it's been over a month and still nothing , no corporate office to contact, no support on this issue still... all I did was purchased a product that I cannot get.. I can't get manager to call me , there is no corporate o. Don't risk it at this particular location...My holiday experience..

Horrible customer service. I bought a TV in Tulsa, Oklahoma. When it came time for delivery Conns informed me that my TV is no longer in-stock. So I went to the Conns by my house in Grand Prairie, Texas and Conns tells me I have to find a way back to Conns in Tulsa, Oklahoma in order to get a refund. I informed them that I don't have the time or resources to get to Tulsa, Oklahoma. In response they told me whenever I can get to Tulsa, Oklahoma I can get a refund. Worst customer service ever.
