This establishment said they are open at 8AM. I get here at 8:15A & they’re not open even though the store hours are posted in the door & online. So inconvenient & waste of time & gas.

I frequently visit FedEx locations each week for shipping documents and occasionally using workstations. However, I will no longer be visiting this location.
When I attempted to use a workstation with my laptop and personal scanner, I was told I could not do so. I explained that I only needed to scan my documents before shipping them via FedEx, but the employee insisted I had to use their scanning equipment. This policy seemed unnecessary and inconvenient, and I believe FedEx should be aware of it.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Gloria, a customer service representative who went above and beyond to help me ship 15 packages across the state. From start to finish, Gloria made the entire process a breeze. She took great care to ensure each package was securely packed, double-checking each one to make sure they would arrive safely. Gloria also spent time verifying every recipient’s address, catching details that might have been missed otherwise. She devoted a full hour of her time, showing incredible patience, dedication, and attention to detail. Gloria turned what could have been a stressful task into a seamless experience. Her professionalism and genuine care made a lasting impression. I can’t thank Gloria enough for her outstanding service!

I ordered a 111-page document bound in a 3-ring binder. It was delivered damaged. THE TOP 30 PAGES WERE NOT EVEN ON THE RINGS. And some pages were torn. FedEx Office website says they don't offer refunds!!

Listen yall. The Lady KayDee (sorry, If I spelled that wrong) is single handedly saving this franchise. She needs a raise! She is the most competent person I've ever seen working in a place like this. She can process orders so quickly and she's super sweet. As long as she is here I'll keep coming. She takes the frustration out of print shops and ALWAYS has a solution

Horrible, I go out of my way to be here at 10am, it's 7/15/23 Saturday 10:15am and their closed, even though the sign says open at 10am.

Always go there to drop packages off. Staff is super nice and friendly. Have never had any issues at this location. Wish every location was like that.

I walked in at 6:30 noticed Jennifer had many customers in line. I did not provide anyone any notice and had asked Jennifer if she’s be able to help. With everything happening all at once, she stepped aside and provided me the assistance I had requested. I sent an email with my poster and the file wasn’t opening. The computer needed to be shut down because the size of the file was too big. Jennifer assured me that she’ll be able to print the posters. I resized the images and sent them back. It failed again. She went to help the remaining customers while it’s 6:45pm. I sent a new file and she said it opened up and she was able to size it properly to fit the printer. Jennifer did not have deal with my last minute notice but kept calm with the craziness within the store. She began printing and then set my purchase up. She provided me knowledge with the other services that FedEx provides. I was very impressed with Jennifer’s patience, ability to multitask, knowledge and education, and the ability to keep a smile on throughout the process. Well done, Jennifer. I appreciate all the assistance and will be returning to your site specifically because of your service. Well done.
