All 4 employees saw 3 different customers at the door but unfortunately 5:54pm the door was already locked and business was closed. As a business owner I would be very upset all those 3 customers were lost today.

This is way to long to type. I will try to make as short as possible. My bf bought me a pair of uggs for Christmas from here. I open them up Christmas morning and it's 2 left boots. I call store manager in cedar Hill tx. She tells me I can make an hr and half round trip to grand prairie to exchange. I ask her how is this acceptable customer service. How she intends to compensate for the massive inconvenience. Why she did not offer to have them overnighted to me for free. I had all receipt info I could have sent her a picture of the 2 left boots. A number of things could have been done. But nope. She just hung up on me. I Google corporate offices for journeys. Call them. Tell them I want to file a complaint and I want the issue fixed. Give them all info. She tells me someone will be with me in 1-2 business days. Noone gets with me. I call what says to be corporate offices online, but really it's just customer service. I go through this whole thing Again, she says her supervisor says I need to wait another 5 business days for someone to get back with me. I say ok so noone is gping to do anything at all about replacing my boots or compensation at all for the days, hrs spent fixing their issue?! I'm just over here with 200$ worth of nothing that I can use waiting for them to get with me. Yes. That is exactly it. Yes! I can go get a refund. Thanks so much journeys! Customer service absolutely does not exist with this company. I will NEVER EVER go there again. Absolute trash.

My sister went here to pick up my niece pick up order on today manger was rude didn’t want to give her name or my sister a receipt. My sister asked the workers what is her name they stated we can’t give her name. This store needs to give out some professional custom service classes.

My daughter went here to get my granddaughter shoes on today and the manger and staff was very rude and nasty. Wouldn’t give their names and cooperate number I will be reporting this business to the BBB. No one deserves rude customer service. No matter if an email was sent its journeys right to make their customers happy. Treating them like they are kids are not it get better training in place!

Went to do a pick up order manger mad and upset that a confirmation email wasn’t sent. I asked well how long is processing she stated I can do it now with an attitude asked her for her name she ignored asked again she ignored. Asked for cooperate number she ignored then said I can’t give cooperate number call customer service. Will be going back everyday until I hear from cooperate of how un professional their manger is!

I placed an online order for store pick up in hopes to get a Christmas present in time and they failed.I placed my order Friday at 5PMBut come Saturday 6PM I have yet to receive an update on my order ready for pick up. So I call Customer service for help since their store never answers.The customer service rep lets me know that they CANCELLED the order THIS morning at 10AM. Yet I have no update of this.She proceedes to question why that happened if I placed the order yesterday and now the order status is CANCELLED DUE TO OUT OF STOCK.They didn’t process the order within the 2 hours of when it was placed and sold my item in store. And checked MY ORDER a whole 12 hours after it was placed. It’s Christmas I know stores all all busy but this is majorly important for people as well to be organized for instances like this.I have yet to be contacted about my refund. I’m desperate in need of this item so I was thinking on ordering it from a further store out in Dallas in hopes of getting that was processed successfully but now I’m afraid the same thing will happen again.

Called to see if they had shoes in stock. Asked if they could hold them with a credit card number… was told no, but the shoes would be here. Drove 30 minutes to get them and got there and there are no shoes in stock!! Really frustrated.Heard from the store… they said they do have a “hold” policy, but it is first come first serve… isn’t that just shopping???!!! Avoid this shop if you can.

I bought some converse At the store they have at Grand Prairie outlets and was sold a pair with two different sizes. I bought them as a gift for someone in Mexico. This is upsetting I can’t go back and change them at this moment. And I won’t be back to Mexico in a while so it gets even more complicated.

We purchased a pair of slippers from your store in Sep. It was the last pair. I didn;t keep the receipt. We kept them in the house, not ever wear them outside, today it's first time my daughter try to wear them in my shop (Carpeting floor), less than 1 hour, showed me one shoe is broke open. I'm so surprised how bad it is. Taking them back to the shop we purchase from, the manager said they don't return any shoes were wore. If they do they will get fired. Be honest, my daughter only wore them total less than 2 hours. It's definitely a defect. Not mention the little black color showing was from the floor display. Very bad experince. On their website they have a 365 days exchange policy, I just wonder if we don't wear shoes how do we know it doesn't fit. Our case we can't wear at all.

Plenty of options to choose from, including some items that we couldn't find in the converse shop itself.It's not a self-service shop though, all the items are on display, but you need to ask for help if you want to try anything on, including shoes.The guy that was helping us was really efficient, although clearly also engaged in a phone call through his AirPod in his ear.

The buying experience was adequate. I have no problems with the sales people. The biggest grief I've got is with the manager at the time. (6pm apr4) who told me because I had no receipt I couldn't get a refund. I understood even though they had all my information via email phone number and credit card transaction so I went ahead and picked another 2 pair of shoes that amounted to more than the exchange.Everything was fine until I paid the difference and asked for my receipt the manager instructed the cashier to throw my receipt in the trash because I didn't bring a receipt so I wasn't eligible to receive a receipt.So I asked in genuine curiosity what about the purchase I just made.She responded that it is journeys at store policy to not provide receipt of purchase if you didn't bring one with you. I said okay and left without a receipt.I called journeys today to get some clarification because it sounded extremely awkward that I would use my credit card and not get a receipt.They informed me that is not their store policy and I will be getting an email with my receipt so I can return the two pair of shoes.
