  BAD BUSINESS
  My normal mechanic unfortunately is diagnosed with cancer so I had to find someone else. My dad referred me to this place from a co worker of his. I got work done here in September but forgot to leave my keys. They called me a day later asking me to bring the keys and when I get there, my car is dented up from someone hitting my parked car! They didn’t even tell me, I had to go up there to find out . On 9/16/23 and paid $1780.97. They didn’t offer any discounts or accommodations although my car was hit on their property. They did get the persons insurance who hit my car so I took it from there.
  
  2/9/24 I got a diagnostic test to find out everything wrong with my car as it wasn’t picking up speed as it should’ve. They told me my transmission was out and and it would be about $2100 so I let them do the job as I needed my car and didn’t want a car note. It was supposed to take about a week but it took 3. They called me as they were putting it on and say “it looks like your Cadillac converter is broken as well and that will be an additional $8-$900. I told them I don’t have the extra for that and asked why the diagnostic I paid for didn’t pick it up, and they said they don’t know. I ended up paying $2,188.75 for the transmission. Drove my car 2 days and it started smoking. Took it back and now they’re talking about it’s going to be $475 to get my thermostat housing fixed. The smoking “could stop but they don’t know if that will fix it completely “ is what they said. When I told Joe, ( the big one)that Jessie (with the ponytail ) told me it would be $375 but he was going to see if he could have the price reduced due to me being there just a few days ago, he told me the parts are $280 and he didn’t know that at first. And then he had the audacity to tell me he don’t want to hear “all that” about my car so I should just get it towed home if I don’t want them working on it. Rude, over priced, bad business. I do NOT recommend.

  I don't trust this place at all.My sister took her car there in January, and they hadn't repaired it by February. When I called and said I'm coming to pick it up, all of a sudden, they have the part, but it hasn't been installed. They also got rid of the last part, so the car is no longer driveable.When my sister decided to have the car fixed, it took about a week from when she gave them the OK, but now the battery was bad and it needed a new one.Then, when I go to pick up and pay, they find it important enough to ask debit or credit, but not to mention that credit transactions have a 3 percent fee attached. I found that out when the receipts didn't match, and the excuse was, "it's posted," but not near the machine where you pay. For substantial bills, that can make quite a difference.As for the service, I don't know because it wasn't my car, but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
