I gave 1 star because the ladies in the office are very nice however the car I purchased is literally a piece of junk. After 2 weeks, the warning light for emission system problem came on and the auto idle function has left me stranded in the middle lane of Hwy 30 during rush hour traffic and 2 other random times. Their "mechanic" says they could not find anything wrong and I have the right to take it to another mechanic and I DID. There were 3 different codes on it; 2 codes for catalytic converters and 1 for transmission. After paying another mechanic $145.00 for the diagnostic, JJs gave me a 500 credit for my first car note to go towards me getting the catalytic converters replaced on my own and will schedule to have their "mechanic" to look into the transmission code. (currently still waiting on that appointment, I am sure will never happen)
Okay..WHATEVER..THEN 1 week later, the car stereo speakers wired FRIED, like literally FRIED (I heard the frying sound and smelled burning wires/rubber) so now I have no radio, 2 bad converters, car randomly losing power and shutting off, and transmission issues.
They told me I would have to pay another down payment of $2500 or more depending on the value of the "new" car in order to get out of this one.
As a single working professional mother, I used my last few dollars to get a "dependable" car but instead I got a PIECE OF TRASH!
I AM SOOO MAD AT MYSELF, I SHOULD HAVE BELIEVED ALL THESE REVIEWS. I am above disappointed! Please don't make the same mistake as I did, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, READ THE REVIEWS AND MAKE SURE TO HAVE A FEW EXTRA DOLLARS TO TAKE IT TO A REPUTABLE SHOP (such as: A Premier Automotive Services on River Oaks) FOR A FULL INSPECTION BEFORE YOU SIGN A CONTRACT FOR AN AS-IS CAR! BUYER BEWARE!

I have purchased for them my 2019 ford expedition max and it has been an amazing vehicle and great condition too! The customer service there is also great. If I have any questions or concerns about my vehicle or car note they respond back to me.

Not helpful in any way. Everything is NOT covered under warranty. They don't value customers or their needs to have dependable vehicles. It's all about the money. If you have plenty to waste, this is the place for you.

They are very dishonest...they sell you the car with many things broken...transmission suspension and very bad customer service...with a very high initial payment the first week I bought my car the transmission broke down..

I had to change the transmission just 2 months later, the cars there are made up, I don't recommend it, don't fall into their networks.

My race is not recommended, there is no guarantee, the only guarantee they give you is that you are sure and you are going to lose your down payment ? they want to sell you very expensive ? they give you a very clean vehicle and when you check the miles it has already turned the mileage twice And apart from that, very expensive. This truck I got under and the engine was leaking oil. How long do you think it will last without giving you problems? Obviously only a week. Do not buy, it is not recommended because apart from whether you take it and it breaks down, they will fix it for you ☝️BUT you pay for the repair ? a transmission, an engine is very expensive and they are going to take your money, they already know that they sell pure garbage ? don't come! !

One of the worst places to buy/finance a car... I bought a truck the first week I had to change the transmission when I told them I had problems. The next day I got it, they lent me a truck that was also failing and they only brought me back and When they returned, they couldn't find what it had (or rather, they told me pure lies but they did charge $250 for a fuse that they didn't change.) I took it to change the transmission somewhere else.. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!
One of the worst places to buy or finance a car from. I bought a truck from this place and within the first week I had to replace the transmission. The day after I got the truck I brought it back I let them know there was something wrong with it. They let me borrow another truck that had issues with it. They didn't figure out what was wrong with it (or they didn't want to tell me). But they charged me 250$ to replace one of the fuses which had never been replaced. So I ended up taking my vehicle to another place to get fixed.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
