  By far the absolute BEST RACETRAC in the area! Always clean store and bathrooms, fresh food, and the managers are great and have very helpful employees!

  Sun, jun 29, 2025.
  White boy in kitchen stared me down from the time I walked to the door to enter until I walked to the cooler.
  He did not speak.
  An older white couple came in after me, and the white boy immediately yelled to them good morning.
  I won't even get started on the two females behind the counter, especially the older one that looks hard in the face. I had to wait for her to send her text message before she decided to help. Even then, she asked her coworker what I needed instead of me. I wasn't even done asking for items from behind the counter.
  Customer service is trash.
  Common sense isn't common.
  Race Trac, do not reply with some corny, auto message.
  If you cared, you'd train your workers.
  But, you dont care.
  I won't patron this place again.

  Not friendly at all It was my first time in there I greeted and smiled the guy did it even acknowledge at all I even said thank you and have a good day and still no acknowledgment or response I know my opinion doesn’t really matter but as a store manager this is so sad to see it killed my whole mood I might’ve just had that one non friendly associate that gave me a bad experience I’m pretty sure there are probably more associates that are friendlier

  Nice clean place! Great staff too! Landon and Rory(or Roy) were spot on, helpful, and had awesome customer service. Plus the fuel prices aren't ridiculous.

  May 1st-They placed a $175.00 hold on my card because I paid at the pump for $12.00. I’ve been paying at their pumps for YEARS, and the hold has never been more than $75.00 for no more than 15-20 minutes if that long. It’s now been 16 hours & I have to wait 5 days per my bank because of Racetrack’s policy. $175.00 is an EXCESSIVE AMOUNT to even hold at the pump. I’ve driven a huge Ford truck where it took $100.00 to fill that tank up at very high gas prices. Gas prices aren’t even an issue right now. I’m so glad I recently moved away from this location and will stick with QuickTrip going forward where it’s not an issue using the exact bank card at their pumps.

  Good for drinks and a snack with fuel if needed. Just don't get air, the machine is broke and takes air out of your tire, won't add air to your tire.

  This is a great location, and a huge shoutout to the store manager Roy! No matter the time I have gone in he is always there with a big smile and a helping hand! Roy keep up the great work!

  Majority of the employees are rude. Don't know how to speak to people or have a concept of a consciousness to understand that they work in retail. Customer service is supposed to be a skill set they have. The young black gentleman. I don't remember his name but he's always super positive and always very nice. He's the only person I give kudos to.

  Every time that I go into this gas station I'm greeted with nothing but respect. The employees always maintain great attitudes and show kindness to the customer s that is unseen at similar gas stations. I highly recommend this place to anybody passing by. Everything is reasonably priced and the bathrooms are always clean.

  This place is always clean and stocked and I go there every morning. Recently they got a new cashier she is very polite and sweet but don't think she understands the register. First time she didn't give discount for the phone number. After telling her she did it but then tried to keep my change of $.64. Brushed it off but it has been a few times now and I think she is just not understanding the members discount thing. Please give this child a bit more training and she will be golden. Again love the fact that everyone is friendly welcoming and the place is always clean and stocked.
