Bad service, went three days ago and had this lady with glasses who didn't know how to do her job. I needed a warranty exchange and then she starts scratching my screen with her nasty fake finger nails. Then I asked her about my Netflix that t-mobile is supposed to be paying as part as my plan. This incoherent lady told me to and quote, duhhh you have to put your credit card so you can't start watching it. Then I asked her if she could please give me any info on where to send phone for warranty exchange, apparently they don't have any info ,because it's a 3rd party service. 0 information she said. I told her I need 5G cause I have a note 9. And again she starts with open jaw cackling and says well you have an old phone duhhh thats why you don't have 5G. Like yes I now all that ,the reason for the visit and it was so horrible experience I ended up going to AT&T. Trash customer service like that lady who attended me. 8 years with t-mobile and that's my fault I guess.

Outstanding experience. John our sales representative listened to our needs with 4 phones. Made the process go quickly and answered all our questions. Very straight forward. Best experience dealing with a cell company.
