After a botched haircut at another salon, I was nervous about trying again, but Olivia exceeded every expectation. She took the time to understand what I wanted, corrected the uneven cut, and styled it beautifully! Her expertise, attention to detail, and warm personality made the whole experience so positive. I’m beyond grateful and will definitely be coming back!

PHENOMENAL EXPERIENCE!!! I came in with a haircut mishap from another salon (not a Tangerine Salon) & Kristin W at the HV location fixed it all up!!! She was amazing! such a great experience & will for sure be back :)

Went to Tangerine Salon in Highland Village for the first time this week and cannot say enough good things about it! My hair stylist, Kristin, did an amazing job! We talked through what I wanted and she offered her professional opinion as well (which was much appreciated!) and overall, love how my hair turned out. I will for sure be back to see her!

Good luck on getting an appoiment, and when you do make sure you have a second choice in hand..... mine got cancel ruining my entire day plans!!!!
Ladies were very unfriendly with horrible customer service when they booked me...
REASON for me not to come back, and influence my customers whom recommended this place
