As always Aaron's comes through. Some friends of mine ordered a certain fridge and it didn't come in on time but as usual Aaron's fixed the issue and made my friends very happy and I was able to go ahead a pick it up for them.Personally I deal with Eric at the Waxahachie store and he's always got my back on anything.Don't know the managers name at the Hillsboro store but man you made their night.Thank you.

Spoke with a newer employee named Aubrey about my account and I was very pleased with how sweet she was! Even though she was newer, she tried her best to answer the questions I had and gave me a time, date and name to call back and speak with someone who could give me a solid answer to my question. Y’all have a great employee working for y’all!

Will never buy from them again. They mess up on your agreements and won't fix them. They love to charge you fees in the store and add fees to your online account too. I would not recommend anyone to go here and use them they just steal your money. When you call they will tell you one price and charge your bank account a different one. They are awful. Please don't go here.

They are very nice I have not had any problems with them . I use to go to Aaron’s in Waco but they have bad service i bought a refrigerator from them and the hole time I was paying on it it started to leek so I called and asked them to come out and look at it but they never came I did this three times I’m just so glad that I am done with Waco Aaron’s and I’m loving Hillsboro Arron’s they are willing to work with you I’m on the auto pay and it’s working out perfect for me.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. We NEVER agreed to our payments being auto drafted. They would ask us, and we always said no. We’ve fallen behind, but we’ve kept in contact with them, explaining what’s going on and making partial payments as often as we can. Woke up on Saturday to see that almost $200 was taken out of our bank account by them. They by far have the WORST customer service I’ve ever dealt with.

DO NOT BUY FROM THE HILLSBORO TX ESTABLISHMENT!!!!! THEY REAMED US WITH NO VASELINE!!! WE FOUND OUT THEY "REPAIRED" OUR DRYER IN STORE BY AN UNLICENSED HUMAN. IT CAME BACK WORSE THAN BEFORE IT LEFT. WHEN WE CALLED THEM OUT ON IT...THEY HAVE NO RECORD OF US REPORTING IT NEEDING REPAIR. USELESS BUSINESS
