I go to Brookshire's Pharmacy quite often to pick up my Momma-in-law's meds and the staff is always professional and courteous.

Purchase my Mamma-in-law's prescriptions here, but very rarely grocery shop here, because the prices are much too high.

I've been shopping here for years, never have had any issues. I love it!

I found Brookshires Pharmacy over 16 years ago when I retired early from the Federal Govt and moved to Hill Country. It was important to me to have the best pharmacy in the area. I found it at Brookshires in Hillboro. Thank you Brookshires for keeping your pharmacy staffed with the most competent and the friendliest employees.

I have been coming to this brookshires for as long as I can remember but after tonight, I will no longer come back. An older white hair female cashier was completely rude to me and my father. The produce area was closed off due to a spill, along with 2 other aisles. The cashier(white haired lady) comes yelling at us saying we couldn't go over there. We were just looking. We then ask her politely if someone can go grab a package of mushrooms for us and she says "NO." It was a water spill to be clear. She then continued to say "it is going to take 4 hours because we have to wait on people to get here to clean it" as if the water were hazardous. Then checking out, she was just rude. There was a younger male who was bagging our stuff up for us and when we went to leave, we went for the smaller section of doors, they were not opening so we turned around and both employees were laughing at us. The young male said "Uhm those doors are locked". All the while, they both watched us walk to the doors. Needless to say, this particular brookshires will not have repeat business from me. Very disappointed.

Always on time. The pharmacists call me if they have a questionI've had some unusual prescriptions and they have gone out of their way to make sure I receive them in a timely manner. It's that personal experience that you just don't get in big box store pharmacies.

I don't go to church to get groceries, nor do I go to Brookshire's for uplifting music/gospels - but that is exactly what is piped into the store. Honestly, the first few times it happened I didn't really notice it until a friend pointed it out ... but now it just seems kinda creepy during the lunch hour in the middle of the week. Residing in central Texas, I am very sure some people welcome it and appreciate it (good for them); but having a business trying to force it on everyone is just wrong. At this point it has just reached nuisance status but could become an issue regarding shopping here. Why are so many religious/political issues crammed down our throats lately? Sometimes it is nice to not be forced to constantly be reminded of societies' divisions every waking moment in life, it's OK to be proud of who you are and what you are passionate about, but stop injecting your beliefs/opinions where it is inappropriate to do so... no politics at football games and no religion at the supermarket might be a good starting point!

They are constantly putting people's prescriptions in the wrong box alphabetically, then they call and say the script is ready. When you go to pick it up, THEY SAY THEY NEVER GOT THE SCRIPT FOR IT. This has happened to me 4 different times now and I had to go 3 days without my blood pressure meds until they swallow their pride and GO CHECK THE OTHER BOXES for my script- and LO AND BEHOLD ITS THERE!!! TERRIBLE pharmacists who won't even check the other boxes if its not in the corresponding letter and deny ever calling you and telling it was ready to be picked up.
