I do NOT KNOW what I had done to my phone, but the employees at this location didn't mind taking as much time as was needed to fix my mistakes. They were personable and friendly. I felt like I was amongst long time friends for the grueling hour plus it took us to work out the issue and get me back up and running.10/10 customer service. I truly wish I lived closer to this location so they could have all of my business from now on!

They sold me two different phones which they didn't have there or in stock. Why would you spend so much time on getting to buy a phone that's not even there . The advertisement is false. When they said switch or use your number . 1 phone was $270.00 the other $130.00 which was supposed to be free or $50.00.

I bought a phone and paid for it in full. The phone doesn’t get a signal at my house. So I tried to switch providers and found out my phone is locked by cricket. The said I had to pay for 6 months of service -that they can’t provide before they would unlock my phone. I asked why they didn’t tell me that when I bought the phone and they said they aren’t obligated to tell the customer!! Also I asked them if I could return the phone and they said they couldn’t look up my account over the phone because they needed my PIN and couldn’t take it over the phone. I went to their store and they already had my account pulled up without my pin. Such liars!! Once my six months is up I will be moving to Visible. They run off of Verizon towers and are cheaper too Really underhanded way to run a business. The get 0 out of 5 stars
