Needed 15w-50 for work, found two that were open and leaking so we're not full. Others had been on shelf for god knows how long and dirty. Oil does have shelf life does anyone think to check that or clean product and check them before shelving or after a while?

Jennifer, it’s none of your business if the IRS gets me or not. Tax Exempt is tax exempt. Never have I had a problem at other places when I tell them I’m tax exempt. My CPA will handle it when it’s time. Also your attitude was uncalled for.

I recently found the small things I had been putting off had gotten out of hand. With a long list of necessary repairs and parts needed I called the worker I got to help with my needs was Bobby. He was very helpful diligent at his job patient with a ton of info exchanging between the both of us trying to ensure the proper items were purchased to perform the repairs needed effective and efficiently. Bobby is a great example of what parts store experiences used to be and from my opinion if more in his industry were to follow his example of knowledge and willingness to go a little further to save hassle and headache. Having a broken vehicle is stressful enough without a bunch of run around or lack of info. Thank you again (Bobby Hillsboro Tx) for your efforts to help me get back on the road with everything properly repaired.

Very good service. Checked the electric system on my car and I had a bad battery unfortunately they didn't have the one I needed in stock witch is unusual but that's OK I'll be back.

Oscar and the whole team at Hillsboro store went above and beyond. My E63 Benz had issues. Parts availability for this particular vehicle is scarce to limited in the geographic area around Hillsboro TX. Oscar knew the part to order and with him and the rest of the team there I was able to make the necessary parking lot repair to get on my way and make the rest of my 1700 mile trip home.. I will definitely use this location again in the future.

Other than the fact that a person can't just walk in and buy a window regulator or wheel bearing or front and back breaks, etc and walk out with those items "in-hand" without them having to be ordered first, O'Reilly isn't a bad place to shop. I give it 3 stars.

Oscar and the woman working with him went above and beyond when I was experiencing car trouble Thursday morning on my way down to South Texas and had to pull off of 35 and ended up at this O'Reilly's location. Thank you for hiring employees that are friendly and go above and beyond to help someone in need. This gentleman deserves a raise for going above and beyond to try and help especially when me and my little girls were stranded there for what seemed to be the entire day! Again thank you Oscar and the lady, sorry I did not get her name!! Way to go O'Reilly's!!
