When I lived in Itasca I stayed at an RV trailer park. With the post office in Itasca we had it set up that they would deliver my packages out there and just leave it by my mailbox or I would wait outside for them when the mail ran and they would give me my package. I gave the same permission to the Hillsboro post office after I moved to a different trailer RV park. Well they refuse to deliver my packages out here under the same agreement that I had with the USPS in Itasca. I was waiting on a heated electric water hose so I would actually have water during these next few days. I have no water now. Needless to say I'm not happy. Amazon will drop a package off at my front door when I'm not here. FedEx will deliver my package at least to the vicinity of my area. UPS will drop packages off here either at the mailbox or at my front door. Needless to say USPS does not get a positive review from me

I really enjoy going to the Post Office when it is the one in Hillsboro TX. Everyone is helpful and friendly, they actually smile and seem to really like their job and appreciate us!

Awesome service!! Went in for a passport for my daughter and the process was so fast and smooth. Paid the fees and we were out of there in less than 30 mins. The employees were beyond nice even when I called days later to ask a question. I was completely satisfied with the service at this location.

We arrived early for our appointment and they had taken us then. The attendant was polite and checked our paperwork to make sure we had all we needed and it was correct. We went to a back office to get pics taken, fees paid and we were done!
