Costco is the best and so is the customer service. Kirkland signature is excellent quality and crazy affordable. I'm trying to find a Costco that sells their signature vodka because apparently it's made in a former Grey Goose factory in France. It's almost like it's the same thing... I love Costco.

I'm a fan of Costco, but they definitely have room for improvement. Inventory - good selection of quality items. I usually buy prime brisket here at an excellent price. Their store-brand items are also top notch. Food court - pizza is a great deal at $9.99 for an 18" pizza, but sadly they stopped selling combo pizza (aka supreme) Tire center - they have good deals on tires, but I've often had to wait at the counter for 10-15 minutes before someone offers me help. I walked to the returns counter to ask for help, but they just sent me back to the tire counter and told me to stand in front of the camera until someone saw me. Also, they need to figure out how to expedite a flat tire repair. I ran over a nail this morning, so I brought my car to Costco since they do free tire repairs. The wait ended up being 1 1/2 hours. I would have been better off going to a nearby tire shop and paid $8 for a 5 minute repair.

Since the Coronavirus, the Kirkland frozen chicken breast have changed immensely. Previously they were packed individually in plastic and they were huge. Now they are not individually wrapped and they are about half the size of the ones that were purchased prior to the Coronavirus. They taste good but there isn't much to them!

A pretty solid Costco as far as things go! The parking is ample as it's connected to a few other restaurants and stores--you may just drive around a few times. Generally is well-stocked with most of your go-to's like your $5 rotisserie chicken and pre-made foods. The service has always been friendly.

I'm giving 3 stars just because they took away my favorite pizza and lift only plain and pepperoni! And then it was super fat and untasty. Overall this is my favorite store. But please return my fav pizza.

Ok. So I'm really just going to rate their actual food service at the front of the store past the cashiers. If you happened to be at Costco and are hungry, this is a great and CHEAP place to get a slice of pizza and a hotdog! I'm mean seriously. Where else can you get a slice of pepperoni, hotdog and a drink ... a whole meal basically ... all for $3.78!!! You canNOT beat that. It's great for anyone on a budget. I hate this pandemic because they had to take all the tables away so you can no longer eat there while it's hot but you can always take to to you car or to go.

Worst neighbors in history for the 400+ people in the apartment building in a shared parking lot. Constantly doing construction in the middle of the night. Property manager clearly does not give a darn about anyone sleeping between 10pm and 3am.

I wanted to just say that my wife and I are more than excited to recognize the amazing customer service we've received at this Costco location. We had a mishap with our recently purchased mattress and the staff here: Johnny (mgr), Nancy, and Derek were all exceptional in handling this return and went above and beyond. Thank you guys as we are life long members for sure after this customer experience. Kudos!

Came with my dad on senior hours to help him shop . Everything was stalked up we even got wipes. I love Costco but I've always liked this location best. Price and quality is what brings me here and I buy probably 70% of my groceries and stuff from there . I also have the executive card so always make about $60 extra a year , so the shopping pays for the card . Employees are very friendly store is very clean . Best part it was raining but they have covered parking which is different from other Costco's

I lost one of my very expensive hearing aids which were purchased 2 1/2 years ago at Costco.I went in thinking maybe I could purchase a refurbished one for my right ear. they don't do that. They do refurbish them but then donate them to charity. I knew that mine were out of warranty. The young man (Omar) in the section asked me if I had ever used the warranty and I said that I had not . So he got my name and said that he would check it snyway. I thanked him and started going out of the store and he came out running to catchup and told me that Costco would replace my lost hearing aid for free!!! NOW THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

As with all Costco's, everything you can potentially need (whether you know it or not) can be found here for very fair prices. Can't go wrong with their pre-made food, such as their rotisserie chicken, ribs, croissants, etc. And of course the food court - go for the pizza and chicken bakes and you won't regret it.

Costco is my favorite store, and like most Costco shoppers, I am extremely loyal to the brand, based on my experiences. TIRES: I purchased Michelin tires 2 1/2 yrs ago from Costco. When you buy tires, you are charged a flat fee for balancing and road hazard, and I've never had to use the hazard policy, until this week. I hit a curb and knocked a chunk out of a tire. I went to Costco and they right-away related that they would replace the tire. Oops...Michelin stopped manufacturing this model of tire, so Costco said they would upgrade me to a higher priced model, exact same size. BUT, then since the model number on the tire would be different, something nobody could see, they gave me an additional free tire so they would match! WOW!!! TRAVEL; Also, their travel service is top notch. I bought a Viking cruise from them and received a $600 Costco travel rebate card good on anything. CAR & HOME INSURANCE: By far, the lowest rates I have found.

If you need to go to Costco, go after 11:30, before that there was a 30 minute wait line. Costco employees were their normal friendly efficient selves!
