Technician did not put the oil filler cap back in engine. Oil all over engine compartment. Good thing we went for a short drive before my wife needed to use the car for work. Her 200+ mile trip might have blown the engine. When it cools, I will check the oil level and fill as needed. Not coming back to Dean's ever again. Would give no stars if possible.

Very helpful and communicative staff with financing available! Needed all four tires replaced and was approved for a loan that ended up being way more than I needed, so I was able to get a lot more done that I didn't think I would be able to for a long time. They offer loaner cars if your car needs to stay at the shop and since my parts didn't make it on the truck they even gave me a discount for the inconvenience. Most of their services come with nationwide warranties as well. I stopped by just to weigh my options and walked out feeling relieved I was finally able to get so much done. Thanks, Dean's!
