Don't do it. This is the worst banking experience I've ever had. They will allow your checks to be lost in space before calling to verify them. A member less than a month and I will be closing these accounts. Lazy, unpleasant and emotional tellers. My other accounts are with Wells Fargo and I've never had this much unprofessional behavior with them. Monday can't come soon enough.

I have had a decent experience with FSCU until today. When everything that any person I have ever talked to was negated by their ignorantly programmed phone answering system. I am trying to talk to someone, and literally had to dial the number 7 times and go through 30 minutes worth of listening to prompts to figure out the actual people that work there left at 5pm, although it clearly states you are open until 6pm. PLEASE FIX THIS issue that just wasted 30 minutes of my life that I will never get back. Due to an inept programmer or person who doesnt care enough about it to make it right. Has that person ever attempted to even use the phone system, Im guessing not.

I’m consistently disappointed in this branch. Not welcoming. Not helpful. The workers have a “I can’t help you so I don’t care” attitude. Almost dismissive attitude.I could name all the times they disappointed me but today was a tipping point. I drove all the way down here to be told their notary is not here and I’d have to wait 1.5 hours.They are very uncomfortable with difficult conversations and more interested in their own conversations than the customers.As we left they didn’t say a word to us. What kind of customer service is this?

I always receive great service from nice, helpful, and knowledgeable reps. I recently got assistance from Victor, who is a loan advisor here. He was great! He took time to explain all the details of the loan and walk me through the process. He was very friendly and personable! I will be contacting him for my future loan needs and I suggest you do the same! I appreciate the great service I receive here.

Horrible horrible customer service. So I called and asked if they could possibly help me out with an insufficient charge! Well since it’s not an overdraft charge she said we don’t do that. So I mentioned that I’ll look for another bank, and she said okay perfect have a good day! WOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWWW! I will be leaving this credit Union and going to another one. I even came back and gave them a second chance. NOT AGAIN!

I've been a member of FSCU for over 3 years & just closed my account with this institution. Was never given an opportunity to build credit with them & would pay in the excess of thousands of dollars in overdraft fees over the course of my tenure with them. They never took that into consideration as well as the fact that the items listed on my credit were old items that are currently being disputed at the moment. They have no problem taking money but virtually do nothing or give chances to people seeking to build credit. Definitely a waste of time credit union that operates as a bank

The App is the worst ever. There’s never a time I was able to open it. It goes round and round and then say your time is up what’s that: upgrade the App !!!Very bad.

Rude and incompetent. Transferring money from an account to make a loan payment was too complicated for the teller to do. Training in customer service and banking procedures is needed. Worst experience so far with FSCU. Other branches are polite and do their jobs quickly and competently. Highly suggest you go to another branch if possible.Update: Spoke with the branch manager and all he could say is how this employee is normally helpful and friendly. He did not offer to help by doing the transfer over the phone or offer any solutions. I had to call and wait on hold for 25 minutes to get an employee at another branch to assist in transferring the funds.

I truly appreciate first service credit union there always friendly, helpful. I feel secured and home when I drive up and when I deal with them in person. Customer service truly it’s a comfortable. Thank you guys for your hard work and dedication ????????
