Natural Pawz The Heights 20th St. is located in the heart of Houston Heights. It is the largest independently owned pet store in Texas, offering exciting, healthy alternatives for pets. The staff and groomers are frequently described as super friendly, helpful, professional, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. Groomers provide fantastic service, ensuring dogs have a wonderful, no-stress grooming experience and offering recommendations. The store features a helpful dog wash station and supplies. However, since becoming Natural Pawz, the store does not carry several essential products and brands due to poor dealings with vendors. This includes brands like Nulo and Fromm, which some customers believe a reputable natural pet store should stock. While some customers return strictly for services like grooming and nail appointments, they hope the product selection is remedied. Overall, the friendly and expert staff are a key reason many customers recommend and return to the store.
We get our dog, Ryan, groomed and bathed here, and Ashley did a fantastic job with him. She is so attentive and great with our dog so he has a wonderful grooming experience. She also talked us through our options and recommendations. Would definitely recommend!
