Clean, friendly, they show a sense of urgency, and they'll go the extra mile. I actually go out of my way to go to this specific location. If I'm paying almost $40 a month for a membership I expect a certain level of professionalism and this location always delivers that. They vacuum the car for you and will also wipe down the interior and bring your car to you while you wait inside in a comfortable setting. Makes it worth the membership. I recommend this one over any other locations in the city.Services: Delivery

I went to this location and paid for the platinum interior wash. The outside wash was really the only thing worth paying for. However, I was utterly disappointed with the interior work. It looks as if they only partially vacuumed the front half of the car. I understand dog hair would be extra to get out the seats and carpet but it’s apparent that there was no effort to even vacuum the back. I probably wont be returning here. I would rather just clean my car out myself than wasting $50 for a half job.

Average wash... premium price. Platinum wash $40. Interior, exterior, and wheels were all still in need of attention upon "completion". Appears they are more concerned about speed than quality.

If you’d like your screen to look like this make sure to have them do your interior. The managers will say they don’t even touch the dashboard to clean it and it couldn’t have happened. So if they aren’t going to clean your interior best not to risk letting them ruin your car. Didn’t appreciate the gaslighting from the manager on it either. Too bad because the workers here are nice. Management needs some lessons and now my car needs a new dash screen and an insurance claim. Do your own car or find a detailing service that knows luxury vehicles.

I’ve used Mister Car Wash for years. They almost always provide a good solid car wash. Today, my car was washed nearly perfectly. A few spots inside my car were missed. But overall, I’m typically very satisfied with this Mister Car Wash location.

I paid for the highest level of wash and did receive what I assumed would be the lowest level. Basic things were not cleaned. My car was recently broke into. I let them know and even tipped extra for the inconvenience. Pieces of glass are visible all over. Not sure what happened here. Hopefully it was just a mistake and if I received an apology/refund I’d be happy to give them a second chance. Photos are from my seat. Not sure what I’d find if I look else where.

They do not care about your vehicle here. I used to come here often until today. I pulled up to the interior cleaning lane & was surprised to find someone opening my car door for me. The person opened my car door all the way & it came into contact with the concrete wall next to us. Initially I ignored it because I didn’t think it hit that bad until they closed the door & I heard it scrape against the wall. Immediately after the car came out the wash I went to go check my door at the interior cleaning station located at the front. I saw the damage & told an employee. They said all they could do was clean off the dirt from the wall but they couldn’t fix the paint. Which is completely understandable. I then asked to speak with a manager, they called one over and continued to clean the dirt off the spot. The manager said he would check the cameras and make a report then get back to me. I never saw that manager again after that. He sent out a different manager to speak with me. That manager then proceeded to tell me that none of that happened & the employee held the door . It honestly made me upset because I saw what happened with my own eyes. He then drove my car to where it was initially damaged & told me there’s no way it could’ve hit the wall. I took photos which I will attach & you can see how the metal on my door under the paint is literally scraped from the concrete. There was also handprints left on my sunroof. He didn’t offer me a refund. They didn’t make a report. Instead he told me to buy paint for my car, & gave me a free wash card. Important note: Its a brand new car which is what’s all of this upsetting!

I can handle bad service if the wash is good, but this wasn’t the case. The second star is for the young man who didn’t hassle me when I had to point out how bad the interior was done and the fact that it’s a $44 wash for int. and ext.To start, the car was not overly dirty to begin with besides dirt and dog hair accumulation on the floors. The attention to detail was pretty poor. The pictures I’m posting are after I turned around and pointed out the glaring mistakes and asked them to do it again. The dash and cup holders (two things they explicitly stated was part of the interior job) were completely missed. They also explicitly said the wheels would be done. These features are part of their price tiers. The vacuum job on the int. Carpet was good, but the cracks in between the seats received a pretty bad pass.The reason this isn’t a 3 star for just a lazy wash is due to the attitude of the guy who did the interior when I brought it back. It was all excuses and no accountability. He argued with me about moving objects inside the interior. He said “we don’t move things.” Also when he finished his second round, he got out of the passenger seat said “yer done guy” and then walked off leaving my passenger door open. That’s obviously no big thing at all, but it was obvious intentional disrespect.There are plenty of better options at the same price point within a few blocks of this place.For the management, I’m not interested in receiving a comp. I’d much prefer you tighten up the ship.

Be careful when you paid for extra service, make sure you watch their work as they don’t always do what the customer paid for. I asked for hot wax on top of regular wash and interior clean. It is so happen that I decided to watch my car going through the wash tunnel and was shocked that it went through without any hot wax being applied. Spoke to the service rep, and all she did was laugh over it and pointed me to the supervisor who completely ignore the fact that the customer was not given what they paid for.I was even asked to give tips before they start the clean and I did give them 20% tips on top of the cleaning service. The supervisor Jason, clearly needs to be sent for service recovery training. All he did by ignoring the customer’s plea is not service recovery. I had to escalate to the manager, who did a better job in managing the situation by offering a redo. But the damage was already done.The interior clean is always poorly done. Always have to point them to clean and wipe obvious spots.I have being an unlimited customer for years, all it takes is one incident like this to loose my faith and will not give them the business any more. Someone else can do better job and with more honesty.You lost me. Period.

Honestly if I can give zero stars I would , the place is horrible not like the usual mister cleans spots , the employees are rude and unhelpful .

Been a Member with Mister since they were Bubbles back in 2011. Never had a problem until today. My vehicle was scratched by one of their machines. I'm not angry, but I just want it fixed. I brought it to the managers attention. His first response was that didn't happen here. Then I said I'm positive it did, check the cameras. So he did and then he said he can't see on the cameras because of the sun. Mmmhmm. He got most of it our with a cloth but I still requested documentation of the incident in the event I see something later. He seemed irritated by this. Never once apologized for the issue. I know it wasn't his fault personally, but the manager is there as a representative and he could have been a little more helpful. I always thought highly of the Mister brand and thought they would have my back if something happened. It showed me today that they clearly don't care.

I rarely post reviews but this place is just getting worse. I purchased platinum inside and outside wash. The inside center compartment was the same as before. Did not even take the time to clean it. Only thing it seemed like they did was brush off the dust from the touch screen and call it a day. It usually smells nice and clean from the inside from the cleaner they used, dust still on the dashboard. Finger prints left on steering wheel. Horrible place.

Waste time and many , they service don’t worth it even I paid tip first , please check another place maybe you can find better***They customer service contact with me after posted review and told me branch manager contact with me , but nobody contacted with meI’m really disappointed about this situation.
