Place is a bit of a dump. Recently purchased an inflatable cone for my dog and the package was ripped and the cone had a hole in it. Feels like someone previously returned it and they put it right back on the shelf.

Terrible customer service at the grooming salon. Alex was unprofessional, and condescending towards me. My dog did not come back smelling good like she usually does when we take her for grooming. Alex said I could bring my shampoo from home and when I brought it, he refused to use it based on some made up instructions that were not even in the label. We will go to Petco from now on!

Boseman has been coming here for almost 4 years. Alex and I had a misunderstanding about the time. Once I arrived, I was met with Lilliana, who didn’t seem to care much about the situation, but she at least got the “manager”. When Mr. Bill arrived, and instead of him calmly finding a way to fix the situation, he told me he couldn’t “invent” somebody to groom my dog. Of course, I was the only Black person in the store when he humiliated me. I will be filing a formal complaint with corporate and I hope you care more about your dogs that to send them here.

The amount of dead fishes is crazy. There was at least one per tank, and the Betta area…really really sad. It was easier to count the ones alive.

The worst place to leave your dog. The personal is unfriendly and toxic. They can’t work with dogs, they give them anxiety and stress. They were not able to cut my dogs nails because of their negative attitude.

100% do not recommend this location and we will not be going back. Alex was my dogs groomer and he used to be good but the past few times have been terrible- he's distracted and doesn't remember what I asked for him to do grooming wise for my dog. Both times i had to send my dog back to the table for grooming touch ups by other groomers cuz alex fell short of what I requested. he also had the audacity to lie to my face about my dogs behavior and claimed he spoke to me about it! Absolutely false! I have watched my dog get groomed by others, paws and all and he never ever ever ever tried to "bite" or snap at any of the groomers so either Alex doesnt know how to handle my dog or is a straight up liar. The manager at this store BJ is also down right rude and not helpful at all. Terrible customer service all around.

I recently reached out to this location for information regarding grooming services for my two rabbits and spoke with a manager named B.J. Unfortunately, I found our interaction to be less than satisfactory, as he seemed rather short and unapproachable, he spoke to me in a very loud, nasty tone. When I requested his name, the call ended abruptly.
I made several attempts to call back, but no one answered. Eventually, I contacted the grooming department and was fortunate to speak with a very helpful young lady who provided me with detailed information about Banfield and guidance on the best options for assistance with my rabbits.
While I appreciate that this PetSmart is situated in a nice area, I believe that customer service should be more congenial and supportive. Experiences like the one I had can significantly impact overall customer satisfaction, and I hope this feedback can help improve interactions in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

This location apparently is the one shipping the order that I placed online, but my complaint is about Petsmart.com. I thought it would be simple to cancel an order that I mistakenly placed it, since I called to cancel it right away. Shock, they said that they can't cancel the order because they work super fast at the warehouse (?!) and my order (placed 7 min ago) was already "processing". I'll have to wait for the order to be delivered and then bring it back to the store for a refund. It's comic and not to say sad. I'll no longer be a customer and I'll make sure to tell everyone how pathetic is their customer service.

I just stopped by to see if they had a ecollar, and they had the door locks at 8:18p when they close at 9p. It’s sad that even the pet stores are horrible these days…

It’s fun to bring my kiddo here and play with the kitties who are up for adoption. Usually pretty clean which is impressive given all the chance for accidents by furry shoppers
