The gentleman working the counter was helpful, respectful, and he taught me how to fill air in my tire without belittling me. Thank you

Full service station! Just like the good 'ole days. Unfortunately gas prices are hiked up, just like the other gas stations inside the loop, but I appreciate the other amenities offered. FREE AIR FOR TIRES! That's a rarity nowadays, and I've bookmarked this gas station just for that.

I think the gas prices are the highest in the city but the location is convenient & clean. They also do state inspections, a full service station (auto repair, tires, etc) and offer self service FREE AIR for tires!!

Amazing place! Botis, the manager, is so friendly and did things for free what the next repair shop was charging 100$ to just inspect. Thanks

BUYERS BEWARE: The auto mechanic here is a scam artist. BUYERS BEWARE Shell Gas Station, 920 Richmond Ave., Houston, TX 77006 On March 23, 2023, I brought my F-150 in because it had a water leak; this Shell Station auto mechanic told me the AC UNIT was leaking. This gas station auto mechanic said we could fix this the right way for $2,200 or the cheap route for $400.00. He stated the correct way to fix it was to remove the dashboard steering wheel, cut some wires to access the leaking AC unit lower valve, and replace the gasket. Then this auto mechanic stated that the cheap fix would be putting silicone around the lower AC UNIT valve for $400. This conversation occurred next door (900 Richmond AVE) at 3:35 PM when I initially dropped off my F-150 that morning. BUYERS BEWARE Today, March 28, 2023, I took my F-150 to my local auto mechanic shop (Crossview Dr, Houston, TX), and they said they had never heard of removing the entire dashboard to replace a leaking AC unit gasket with confused looks on their faces. They ran the AC unit diagnostics, checked for leaks, inspected the vehicle, and determined the windshield was leaking. I'm glad I DID NOT pay this lying auto mechanic $2,200.00. BUYERS BEWARE. Sincerely, Howard Venuto Retired Firefighter FYI: This is being reported to the Attorney General's Office, KPRC 2 NEWS, BBB "Better Business Bureau," and Harris County DA fraud department. Some of this was captured on my F-150 Dash cameras (For legal purposes), because people lie and video cameras don't. BUYERS BEWARE

Service just plain Bad. They are also overpriced. Couple cashiers there rude and they are women.Claim to be 24hrs, but I have made several blank trips there. At night cashiers hide in back with door locked.

Regular gas was $.30 more per gallon than the Shell five blocks away, and the station attendant purposely ignored us while trying to make a purchase through the window at 10 pm. We saw that he was there through the window. We knocked multiple times to get his attention, but he refused to come sell us what we needed.
