I got a good service here! I had to come here to reactivate my phone after my phone got repair! The staff was friendly and was able to get my phone revived in 5 mins. Definitely, recommended for whoever needs reactivation for their phones.Come and cheers

Switched over from AT&T and had a WAY better experience at this store and with Raj, in particular. Raj was VERY helpful and VERY knowledgeable about all the different promotions offered. He was also very aware of how to work around certain issues with AT&T's system and really went the extra mile in terms of helping us out by phone even when not in the store.

I'm from out of town and came to this location twice. First time was I'd left my phone in my uber and needed help, the second was to reconnect service after mine had been severed. I came back the second time because of how polite and helpful everyone was my first time and theh were just as helpful the second. I had to go completely out of my way to get there the second time and was happy to do so. They helped me and treated me with kindness and respect. I can't praise how professional they were at all and am so glad I walked there the first time too. Thank you

I worked with a staff member at this location (Edwin) and his attitude was something else. How you get upset when I'm trying to find a better and more affordable plan and I have other questions about promotions, as well? People can have questions about promos and still want to change their plan. Trash.

There's a nail male Spanish/ Latino looking in appearance. Behave very unprofessionally when I came to resolve my issue with my phone. He stated some offensive statements about me being able to afford a phone. Behavior very discreet but racist! He did not activate my phone I had to come back to the store and another representative activated my phone. He made things very unconvinced, show no empathy. Facial expression shows that I can get away with it. This is the only way I can see if someone can investigate into these situations.

Went today to activate my new iPhone after online Verizon chat support couldn’t help with 3 different agents over six hours. Travon was able to successfully activate my eSIM after a few different attempts in less than 30 minutes. I’m super thankful. Travon is the guy to see if you are having problems activating your iPhone!

?????????????????Everyone is always so helpful and polite. Verizon has been the [[BEST]] service provider I have ever been with since cell service started?!! From the 5G Data to never having any dropped calls EVER!! Worth every $ they charge which is not much at all! Most definitely recommend! ✅✅✅➡️➡️GET VERIZON!!⬅️⬅️???

This is the best Verizon store I have been to! I was given sound advice based on what I needed, and my decisions were respected. Oscar and Jesse helped me instead of pressuring me into buying something. A+ service!

Had to get a new phone in a hurry (my old phone's screen stopped working after 3 years). I was able to get a new phone in less than an hour, and most of that time was spent dealing with some minor new phone set-up glitches. But everyone was polite, friendly, and helped me out in a pinch.

The staff at this store does hot work let's just say when I went into this Verizon store, they could not give me a simple car charger for my iPhone 14 Pro-Max cellphone. I had to wait 45 minutes to be check in and there was only five people the Manager at this store are not only rude but racist to people with heart conditions. When I confronted him about how rude his rude, racist behavior as well as luck luster, and saying nasty statements under their breath of ignoring me as a customer and General Manager is threated to band me from this store if I confronted him with the truth of how he has treated me very very very badly, and I have been a customer for five years. He felt treated by my physical stature Big African American Older Man , so that does not give him or his managers the right to be so racist and give bad customer service, well he even tried to get the Police evolved, just because I told him I had a heart condition. He would only assist my partner that is older European man , TRUST ME when I say I band this store myself ever since this store changed it's old employees to other Verizon stores this Verizon store has gone south stay away from this rude racist store that does not assists Big Black and Bald persons with heart conditions. The General Manager needs to be fired. You better off going to a Verizon store else where.

Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service!!! This is the 2nd time I have come into this location and had to endure the verbal berating and lack luster attitudes from employees. Would not have even come in here again, except it is Sunday and most other locations are closed and my phone was malfunctioning to the point of going in/out of service due to needing an upgrade. This time, the sales associate Coreigh and the "manager" Travon Tyler refused to sell me a new phone stating my driver's license "looked fishy". I have used this ID MULTIPLE times at the airport and other places, recently, and never, ever had any issues! Upon showing him my school ID, credit cards, and other identification - even after logging into my account on my phone- he STILL refused to service me stating he needed a passport or something else. WTH? He then showed my driver's license to the officer on duty there (E. Harris) and they shared side glances with each stating it just didn't look right. All of this was AFTER I waited in line for 15 minutes to be helped, then another 10 minute for them to go in the back and talk. Awful service. I would avoid this place at all costs!!!

I couldn't talk to anything but A machine. Left mssg. Never received a call back. ALL I wanted was to put some mins on a friend's phone !!!
