Try to get a new phone and give you the runaround just to tell you for a phone deposit first line is about 500 bucks so I walked up and went to T-Mobile instead

Ricardo did an excellent job with providing me a new phone.He suggested a variety of phones for me to pick and was very patient and helpful.He had a couple guest to take care but when trough it quickly and professionally.Overall a great experience if you need help with getting new phones.

Do NOT do business with this store or Verizon!! Absolutely predatory and manipulative in their practices and I highly advise anyone to avoid doing business here! I have tried to work with the store manager and even his regional manager to resolve my issues and concerns but to no avail! They refused to address my concerns and I had to go to another Verizon store to be told by that manger that the actions of this store were completely unethical and should be reported!I don't write reviews often but this review is very important for people of this community to be aware and avoid this store completely! Look for services with another wireless provider but please avoid Verizon! They are scammers and they know what this store is doing to it's customers but they ignore their deceptive actions to ensure they are profitable.

Went in for assistance and was told i had to go to a corporate store. Simple billing question, but was refused help because it wasn’t a sale. They dont help you unless they are getting commission.

THE WORST RETAIL STORE LOCATION. ALL THE EMPLOYEES NEED TRAINING ON HOW TO ALL BE IN SYNC WITH EACH OTHER AND ALL BE ON THE SAME PAGE WITH PROMOTIONS OR HIRE ALL NEW PEOPLE WITH KNOWLEDGE! 2 weeks ago I go in hear the best promotion deal and asked what’s the catch is “no catch” go up order the 14 “here’s the catch” ? change your whole entire plan to get this phone! NO thanks! I go back because my current phone just doesn’t work. THE MANAGER ordered me a iPhone 13 on sept 30 told me the trade in promotion I agreed. I called 10/4 to confirm if they had my order a young lady answered (mind you this is the 3rd employee now I have spoken to, she said we have lots of 13 in store you can come by and purchase! GREAT! I go the manger was there and told me NO I can’t just buy a 13 I have to wait for my phone I ordered. Umm ok. You won’t take my money to buy a phone you have in store, no. I advised I had to leave out of town unexpectedly the manger said “ I will personally call you tomorrow before 3pm” today at 5pm I never received a call. Of course right. Today Oct 5th I go into the store and ask for the phone I got and speaking with another employer this is the 4th person “that promotion you were getting stopped sept 30! What?! Ok the manger ordered my phone I came in on sept 30 he didn’t order it till Oct 1st! Why didn’t he mention this to me yesterday when I came in AGAIN!! Are you kidding me. So I walked out with no phone because they wanted me to pay 810 for the phone! I didn’t get the promotion I was promised! Ridiculous, horrible customer service and I will be filing a complaint for this location. ?
