I came to pick up photos I had ordered. The women at the photo register was very annoyed and rolled her eyes at me when I asked to pick up photos. Once she pulled them she tossed the on the counter at me and told me to go pay upfront with mega attitude and just walked away. WTH? Horrible customer service!

Send your prescription somewhere else! Also phone doesn’t work to call. Have to physically go up there to ask about prescription. Choose anyplace else but here. And very slow.

2/10/2024 If I could, I'd give PLUS-negative zero-stars . I've been coming to this store for a long time. Twice, I asked two store workers for help with using the restroom. And got ignored twice. They really ignored me by NOT coming to help. And totally ignoring me. Who in the hell ignores you. When asking for help with the restroom. These Workers ACTING like they own the whole store. Rude and not letting a paying customer USE the restroom. Damn shame. Why WORK at a job, If you're going to be bothered by someone. Asking for a simple (code). To USE the RESTROOM.

One of the worst Walgreen ever. I usually don’t agreed with most negative review. Everytime I do a pick up order , the item that are in stock , they say out of stock and adjust my stuff . So I never pick it up . I go in store and everything on my pick up order was in stock . Avoid this Walgreen y’all. I drive out of my way to go to the one on Montrose. They always get everything and a lot nicer . TRUST. The last pick up order was it for me. My order wasn’t even big. It was literally 4 body lotion and I put substitution, any scent that available is fine .

Came here for a scheduled covid vaccine appointment. I understand the pharmacy gets busy but geez i waited like an hour and a half. It already didn't look good when a guy that was there before me kept complaining he was way past his scheduled time and he had a fight to catch. Seemed very disorganized as they take walk ins too, but they don't seem to have a system for them to know who's actually next. Only reason why i gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because the pharmacist did apologize for the wait and was friendly. Don't think I'll schedule my next vaccine here, I'd probably have better luck at CVS

Jannell was funny and pleasant. Great customer service. The restrooms are a health hazard. I wouldn't expect that at a MidTown Walgreens

Today was my first time at this location. Melanie is such an awesome person. Her customer service skills is definitely a 10 out of 10 I felt very welcome at this store

By all means do not get your prescriptions sent here. I haven’t used my cash card all day until I paid for my prescription here and then an hour later I have a $99 charge trying to go through on my cash app from instacart. Mind you my cashapp card isn’t even linked to my instacart account so where did the charge come from hmmmmm

If I could give zero stars I would. There was one person at the register and she was very busy. I was at the photo counter to pick up a FedEx package and had been waiting a while for someone to help me. I planned to wait until the lady at the register was finished with customers to ask her if she’d call someone to help me, but her line never stopped. I finally saw another employee (woman) walk by and I said “excuse me?” She kept walking; thought maybe she didn’t hear me. I asked, “excuse me, do you work here?” She said “yes,” never even turned to look at me, just kept walking. I finally walked back to the pharmacy and asked if they would call someone to photo counter, which they did. When I was walking out of the store, I waved at the rude employee and said, “thanks for your help, ma’am!” She looked up at me and said nothing…no facial expression at all. Everyone can have a bad day, but with that job…at least acknowledge a customer.

My doctor sent a 90 day supply prescription. Walgreens filled 30 days as if they were very smart to make decisions for customers. I arrived after receiving multiple calls that medication was ready. The young lady added a zero to my single digit birthday which wasted me 10 min of time because with now double digit wrong birthday, she could not find my profile. Then she complained I have multiple profiles she couldn't find my prescription. I could write a very long review but long story short my prescription was processed by three people in the pharmacy, after waiting there for 20 to 30 min with a car loaded with groceries parked outside in the sun, they told me to come back another day. I left empty handed.

We have not gone to this pharmacy in a while and I was recently reminded as to why we stopped going. They had a drug in stock that was needed and they were the only ones in the area. I found anyone that I spoke to to be impatient, rude, and condescending. They also were horrible at their explanations of anything. This is a bad combination. Apparently, incompetence is common in this industry nowadays, but it's not reflective of the level of service historically received from Walgreens. Disappointing!

I'm a 14 year customer at this location. But i just contacted all my doctors to move my prescriptions to H-E-B. I don't know why they continuerl to do the very things I have complained about, e.g., texts saying your prescription is ready when it's not, telling me to refill prescriptions when it's way too early. I believe their IT guys smoke weed all day. Waiting forever on new hires improperly trained - I am so pissed off. Never again.

Rude, stuck up employees. Everyone from the pharmacy tech in the back, to the regular store employees. I ask for help and you treat me like it's inconvenient to you. Ask a simple question, get a condescending tone. Ask for assistance, get greeted with eye rolls. Miserable people all together 0/10 Hope tomorrow gets a better YOU
