This is one of the worst pharmacies in the city of Houston. I was told that their drive-thru is for pick-up only. So if I'm very ill I have to come into the store to drop off my prescription. I came to pick up my prescription and I gave them my insurance card. I was told that I had to come on inside to use my insurance card. I've never experienced anything like this before. This is terrible customer service. My husband and I both take daily medications. I will be transferring our prescriptions to their competitors. I'm also going to recommend to my friends to transfer their services elsewhere also.

Worst customer service bad staff attitude unprofessional dont care about nothing extremely long wait hv several staff just walking around looking at you instead of assisting need customer service training i wouldn't recommend take your prescription else were Manager dont care either not the first time this is all the time

I am changing my review of this Neighborhood Walmart. I went there today to pick up a couple of things. As I was walking out I hand some young guy that was begging up front of the store push a basket as hard as he could at me and say “White Bi@&ch!” There were Walmart employees out front and the fact that they allow others to throw, push, or toss things at their paying customers and yell hate speech at them is ridiculous. I should not have to go through that when I am minding my own business and be attacked like that for no reason at all.

this neighborhood store is horrible. i love my people but good god the young people that work their are horrible. sometimes i dont know if i am in a club or a store. you wait all the time there. walmart need to re invest for new hire. make sure people are in compliance with gloves and mask because the deli do not do that. i have truly shoped here one time and it was only 2 lines open i just left my basket full of food and went home. i know this virus is here but it seems that when i go to the one in sugarland. the people are in compliance and care about what they do at that store. whew ! somebody do something
