Would give zero stars if I could. What kind of store doesn't have a phone? What kind of customer service can they provide, if their customers are unable to get into contact with them? That being said, I have recently been having an incredible amount of problems with this service. They are constantly making updates to their products and system, but never informed their clients beforehand. So their clients are left to wonder why they are services are not working correctly. Now I understand why the price is so low. I have requested multiple times to have someone pick up my old modem along with the old flexbox (that had been shut down without my knowledge) and it took them 4 days of calls to set it up, then they never showed. The bottom line, their customer service needs a lot of work, and they need to get better at letting their customers know what is happening with their product. No customer should have to discover that their service was shut down without them knowing.

Typically. Xfinity. Loud pretentious staff who gave us wrong equipment necessitating return trip to little avail.

They are good people .. but as general check their offers exactly before you buy ..the network is not working as strong as I expected .. but managment in this store very nice people ..

Pathetic customer service!! Sales rep are not interested at all in doing what they are hired for. They don't wanna listen their customers at all, I wish I hadn't made a mistake of moving to xfinity from my previous carrier.Please stay away from this store..!!

Horrible, the last paragraph was my original review. Remember when Xfinity had those commercials saying it was super easy to transfer your service? Well when I went into the store they told me it was too hard to transfer they were going to cancel my service and create a new service account instead for the apartment I was moving to. All good until 6 months later my credit is hit with not paying the “canceled” service for 6 months. They said I never canceled it and hit me with $600 which is a lot of money for a company to literally steal from you. After speaking with Xfinity multiple times it was made clear that they don’t give a darn about their customers. No refund and stayed on my credit, I could not pay them for services I canceled in person out of principal. Please use Hulu live tv or YouTube tv.Marquia Pouncy provided excellent customer service. Would highly recommend seeing her for your tv/internet needs!

I've had no downtime on my wifi and the deals they give me year after year are very nice for someone living on a fixed income. Peacock was thrown in as part of the deal, but I'm not big on watching tv or sports.

Horrible customer service. The staff members here you can easily tell hate their job. Walked in and everyone looking at u with that resting Bface. And u guys know what I mean by that. I get it nobody wants to work or whatever but when u start talking to me with attitude just because im asking questions about wanting to get internet service connections just know they are miserable people. If u dont like this job just find another profession. If u don't like dealing with people get a profession that doesn't involved dealing with people. These staffers were so disrespectful that one of these days I'm sure someone gonna teach them a lesson about being respectful bc they obviously haven't learn it at home and these mofo are grown AF. They obviously think that they can get away with being disrespectful to people and not think that some people out here just dgaf and handle you right where they are. If these staffers don't get any customer service training this location will be in trouble. We all know what the climate is like out here and you betta change up how yall acting towards ppl cause u just never know. Ur disrespectful might just tip someone over the edge but hey someone's gotta be made out as example lol.

I am terrified to visit this locations the reviews are horrible and the customer service number is the absolute WORST customer experience I’ve ever had. Xfinity is HORRIBLE.

The store on the inside has fully been redone. It's much roomier inside, but the wait is still there. They take your name, and you still have to wait... never just an in and out without an upsale of wanting you to add their cellular service to your plan. Just give me the cable and Internet box..

They always provide false information and try to get you buy/subscribe what you don't need.E.g. I availed XFinity's promotion Get One Unlimited line free during recent sale. I went to shop, got 2 new phones and lines. I declined the Device Protection $14 Per Line Per month. I was told this plan/offer is only valid if I get Device Protection plan i.e. Additional $28 for 2 lines + tax per month for Device Protection.I declined and said I don't want to switch to XFinity, happy with current network provider and decided to walk out. The representative said let me see what I can do and then silently removed the device protection plans. You have to be very careful and make sure you have read information and are aware of what you are signing for.Not the first time this happened to me, had similar experience while getting a XFinity internet plan from this place.Not visiting this Store anymore, I find calling XFinity customer care more useful in getting things done than at this particular store.

When you go there, it’s a shot in the dark if you will get a great person to assist you or an idiot. Every time I have been there they have been Excellent going above and beyond or I get the most rude employee they have. There is no in between.

I tried returning a modem today. Rafael at the front was incredibly rude and unhelpful. When I asked him questions, he was very short with me. Definitely do not recommend getting service from Rafael.
