I’ve used Apple Movers for years. They are incredibly professional and timely. The movers complete the job faster than any company I’ve used. They’ve helped take down and assemble my bed, moved large valuable items and handles my belongings with care. I have never experienced any issues with them and nothing has ever been damaged.

I had a move done Oct 26, 2022 from an apartment complex to a storage unit. I was so excited and happy about how fast and friendly the service was. From the time of getting a quote to completion of service. Everyone was friendly. Nothing was brought to my attention on the 26th and tipped all three men for the great service. I briefly looked over the storage unit and was pleased. I went back to my storage unit today on the 27th to drop smaller objects in the storage unit and had time to the a closer look is when I started to see all the DAMAGE to my couch, chairs, table and etc. It looked like a lot of the furniture was dragged/ scrapped up. I just so happened to take some pictures of my furniture before they were moved but wish I took more. I contacted the facility on the 27th ( today) around 4 and was told they would email over a damage form. Form is still pending. I will update the review on how the situation is handled.

Melvin, Juan, Wilmer from the start were friendly very polite and professional. Was easy going and understanding of my expectation's and needs. 1st time we ever hired a moving company and was completely satisfied with the help. Cesar and his team with Apple Moving moved my elderly mother from a house in Houston to an assisted living apartment in Dallas. They were AMAZING—-we recommend them 100%!! They communicate via phone before arriving, arrive when they say they will, treated the belongings with great care, are friendly and so efficient. They went above and beyond helping with the placement of furniture and had great patience with my mom. GREAT experience—if we ever move again, we’re calling them first!

I would give 10 stars if I could! Roberto was amazing! They worked so fast. We moved from our apartment to our house. They worked fast and even helped us move other things around from the previous movers. We definitely recommend them and will be using them again when we move into our Dream house!

I don't recommend this business I had several things damaged and customer services was not interested or helpful and would only communicate through email. They claim to have insurance but only pay $.60 per pound which resulted in a take it or leave it over of $120 for a $2,000 piece to top it if they were rude about it. Horrible service!

Carlos and crew went above and beyond! They worked nonstop in grueling 100° heat and remained professional, polite and helpful the entire time.They were very careful when maneuvering bulky items and I got no dings or damages on my floors, doors or walls. Excellent work guys!We will be relocating again in a year and will gladly call Apple.

Excellent moving company! We had not moved in many years, and were really worried about taking this step. Apple Company took all the worry away, and did an amazing job: They truly exceeded our expectations. First day packing, second day loading, and third day long distance driving and delivering our household goods. Friendly faces, they never stopped smiling, were always attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable, even though it was over a hundred degree weather, both at the starting point, and at the destination. We could not have asked for a better company! We will be forever thankful!!

Carlos, Daniel and Jose were awesome. They arrived on time and got right to work. They got everything moved in 9 hours and I had a lot to move! They are Very nice, professional guys and extremely hard workers! I’ll definitely use Apple Movers for my next move.

We just completed a move with the the help of Apple Moving. The crew of three, Angel, Jennifer, and Juan, were prompt, professional, and worked very efficiently and carefully. They took great care in providing additional wrapping and padding for our furniture and in loading and securing the items in the truck. We did not have a single issue with damages. They also confirmed that all of our needs were met during the pickup and the drop-off. Joy in the office was very responsive and helpful. The cost was very reasonable and a great value considering the quality of their work. We would definitely use Apple Moving again and would highly recommend their services.

My family and have used Apple 9 times since Harvey, they always come through as promised. They have never milked the clock. I could not be more pleased with the professionalism. They have been on time with every appointment. Communication is a 10/10. I will continue to depend on Apple during my moments of need! Bravo! My last move I left to go to breakfast for 2 hours while the truck was loaded, I trust them more than myself. They wrapped and loaded my 65 inch flat screen with there own materials and it didn't even get a scratch.

We used apple moving the weekend of 9/24 for our move from Pearland to Humble. We are not new to movers and know that smaller items/boxes take up a lot of time. So we did that ourselves and let them move furniture, appliances & heavy items. We had 3 movers. Two men and a female. One of the men had an attitude from the moment they arrived. Not a big deal. Our refrigerator, washer, & dryer were all under a year old and had never been moved from their original installation place. They dented the washer and broke the door to the dryer (cosmetic, dryer still worked). The black stainless steel refrigerator (I’m aware they do not guarantee fridges) was completely scratched on the sides. They charge a high travel fee, yet they don’t even get on the tollway which adds more time. I emailed them pictures of the damage to washer/dryer and was sent the claim form. Now, it did take me a while to submit that as life got very hectic after our move. However, I submitted it before the 60 day deadline was up. They came back asking for pictures which I had already sent. Nothing ever got done with the claim. I sent a follow up email and never received a response back. So the claim went nowhere. We never received any compensation or even a phone call from there. Will never use again, won’t recommend this company.
