The pharmacist and staff are rude (and not apologetic when they are proven wrong).

These people are rude, slow and the line is always long. They don’t care that you are in pain trying to get back home. Never fully staffed just one female at the front with an attitude. This is a public service and they have attitudes. Come on, they need to change out the entire team. I think I need to switch over to cvs or Walgreens frfr.

This location was so dirty and the restrooms were so nasty that I thought I was in a mechanics shop. If I could rate a zero I would. After the horrible trip when I went to self checkout the girl was not helpful to anyone there and all the registers had customers at them. She was standing with another employee talking about their weekend plans. Then myself and another customer needed assistance and she told us to hold on while she kept speaking with the other employee. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

I just wanted to thank the kroger pharmacy team for working in to get my son seen today. It has been a day for this mama and and I was trying to get my son out of school and trying to make it to my son's appointment on time.Turns out I went to the wrong kroger location. Like I said...I was having a day. I asked politely if they could work my son into their schedule and they declined. I felt defeated but decided to call the actual kroger pharmacy to see if they could still see my son. When I called, I got a sweet and great customer service voice on the other end and she reassured me that my son can still get seen as long as we still make it. I hauled it to that location and we were seen swiftly. No issues and I am ever so grateful that the team were all kind and allowed us to still make it in.My son is double vaxxed and I feel better sending him to in person school now.Thank you Kroger Pharmacy team and God bless you all!!

Pretty rough experience here. Walgreens and cvs are much faster and better experience. Came here to transfer a prescription. At the window, I heard two of the people raiding their voices behind the counter and already I felt i should have gone somewhere else. After having trouble filling out the RX (unclear instructions from the person), he basically rolled his eyes at me and got another RX paper. Then he said it'll take 3-4hrs. I accepted and said okay I'll come back. After getting a text, I came and it took another 20min to get my prescription.

This is my neighborhood Kroger which is great because it's so convenient. The employees who work here are always very nice and helpful if I ever have a question about an item. Also whoever took the time to organize the snack aisle so perfectly, your awesome!

Why do you have all these registers and have 1 cashier with alot people in line at self checkout? I have a elderly friend who said she hates going there because she can't get help! Bad customer service! They also never have what we need! Things not on shelf! Then, you have people laying on the ground outside the store. This Kroger has gone down hill!

Employees required to wear face masks! This forces them to continually breathe in recycled air, as carbon dioxide is exhaled, and what the lungs prefer on inhale is fresh air. Masks are unhealthy also as many have polyethylene fumes. Kroger has a Pharma department. That sure explains a lot. Now, will we eventually have to present a doctor's prescription to buy oranges, since oranges are known to be healthy? Every fool wearing a face mask has submitted to Big Pharma and has agreed to renounce freedom of speech. Masks are needed usually only around chemical fumes! Oxygen is the first need of life. Face masks reduce oxygen. VERY foolish! Lots of lawsuits are being filed in dozens of States over having face masks mandatory for anyone, including people with asthma and allergies. BOO to Kroger management!

This pharmacist is confrontational for no reason, she didn't fill my son's medicine but said it was ready over the phone. When I get there they couldn't find it so she had to mix it. She's had an issue with me before because they input my insurance number incorrectly in their system. I had to ask the doctor to resend my son's prescription elsewhere. I really do believe she would harm a child, she can't be trusted, I threw that medicine out, she needs a drug test. I've been a customer of this pharmacy for over 12 years and I will most definitely be getting my families medicine elsewhere.

Why did you add eighteen self checkouts and decreased personal check out Personnel to one person? There are seven carts waiting to be serviced by poor old Helen.

Selection is very much lacking compared to other Kroger's in the area, particularly the cheese section. There's plenty of cheddar and common cheeses, but if you need something like Gouda or Gruyere, go to another Kroger.
