Convenient to home but trying to get in and out is like trying to cross the Grand Canyon. It’s been bad since last summer. Gate has been left open for weeks now, just waiting for someone to come steal anyone’s trailers or boats 😒

Great facility with lots of updates since I moved in three years ago. I sold my trailer recently, and that was the only reason I moved out. I highly recommend.

When we first brought our trailer here, we loved the place. They were easy to work with and wanted to make sure their customers were happy. In the last 6 month, everything has gone down hill. We asked to be moved to the front new section due to them not maintaining the back section and it looking like the Grand Canyon, getting our trailer out was dangerous. We were told the ground would be taken care of and they would move us up front, the lady said hutto would follow up. Never got a follow up or moved. So I called again. Same thing, she did nothing. Called a week ago to change my payment info and was told to call back durning business hours….which online states is 7 days a week until 5pm. So I said well what are your business hours because according to online, now is that…..she copped an attitude with me and said “well sometimes we like to take off to be with our kids” …. Okay that fair but instead of saying to call back during business hours which I did already, maybe she could have been nice about it and let me know when they’d be back in the office. I call back again today to again change payment information because my other account doesn’t exist anymore and they won’t answer the phone. Plus I woke up to an email this morning where they’re raising rent AGAIN. Claiming insurance increased 50% ☠️ OH and I’m still in the back section because nobody followed up to move us to a new spot.
I will note, John, when he answers the phone has ALWAYS been easy to work with. But the B**** that usually answers is a waste of your time. She’s lazy and doesn’t want to do her job. She’d rather argue with you.

Good storage, easy to work with and they have dump and water. It's also pretty reasonable in price for pull through, covered, electric and having dump and water. Easy to get to and not like so crazy outside the city. Also a gas station is close. Not sure if that gas station has diesel though as I haven't used it yet.

Used to be a great place... now, I can hardly get my trailer out because of all the ruts from rain eater and they don't seem to care enough to fix them. Looking for another place.

This place has always done us right. John is and has always been very helpful. Any issue we have ever had gets resolved with customer appreciation in mind. The covered storage units are great, some offer power for trickle chargers or lights if you visit and need to work on what you are storing. The non covered lot is what it is, and they charge fair prices. ?

We have asked many times for this continuous issue to be resolved, but it just continues to get worse in the back section.
We have rented here for many many year (5+) and never had any issues until the previous owner sold to A-affordable.
Our rent went way up and the ground keeping went way down.
I’m guessing the great reviews are new people on the new section which they are maintaining better than the back section.
We like keeping our trailer out here, not convenient but feels safe - so that’s a plus

Kenny at A-Affordable Storage has always been a real joy to rent from. He's attentive, provides realtime solutions and is just a real friendly soul.
Prices are great, and the new covered spots with electric was perfect for my motor home and my old beater boat is just fine in the open portion.
Excellent place to store things and you're well looked after.

Nice clean well kept area, honors veterans discount and when I called to ask for information I was treated with extreme friendliness and all my questions answered with great details. Every time I called someone always answered the call and always willing to help to best of their abilities which is why I selected A-Affordable to store my RV and highly recommend. :-)

I have been storing a couple of trailers at the Georgetown location for about a year now. The place is always clean and well maintained and all the dealings I have had with staff have been pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend A Affordable Storage and will continue to use them as my go to for large storage needs.
