Wife went by this morning at 9:58 to donate some clothes. The drop off area had a bunch of things sitting there already. When she went to go get out her box, a lady came to the window shook her finger at her and held up 10 fingers which she thinks meant they open up at 10 and walked away but hard to know since it was all aggressive sign language through the window. However, not sure why that mattered as it seems everyone had already started dropping off this morning. A better response would have been, “good morning, we actually don’t accept donations until 10 so can you please wait just 2 minutes?” Also, apparently this didn’t matter for anyone else? If that’s the case, the area should be blocked off and have signage so people know. Jokes on goodwill is the box that was now donated to Salvation Army instead was full of free people, Anthropologie, REAL coach purses (this goodwill likes to sell fake ones), Patagonia and north face items. Will be taking all our donations to Salvation Army from now on as the drop off workers at this goodwill have always been rude but this was the final straw.

One of my fav goodwills! I love speaking with Karen she’s always so sweet and kind. They have amazing deals here and are always putting new things out daily/ hourly.

My son has a disability and has worked there since the early months of 2021. When Hannah was the manager, my son was employee of the month almost every month. Since the new manager Armando has taken over, he started treating my son, poorly and other employees with disabilities , he fired. Destiny Who worked there for two years and who is also special needs, and picked on Christopher, who is also special needs to the point trying to fire him as well. When Destiny’s father came to pick her up Because Armando had fired her, and since she does have special needs her father Was very concerned, and wanted to find out what happened. Armando Would not talk to Her father, and proceeded to call the police and have her dad banned from the Property. What is wrong with him?? Armando obviously does not work well with special needs, he treats them poorly, and does not properly manage his team. My son, on top of having a disability, has chronic asthma, and the company always worked with me as his mother, if and when there was a need for discussion About work related issues or health concerns. Armando has taken it upon himself to tell me. over a month ago, that he can no longer talk to me that my son is a grown man and can handle his own. And then, as I’m delivering a doctor statement which Armando requested he proceeds to tell me to get off the property. This was a business, and, raising his voice to humiliate me as I’m giving him what he asked for, this behavior is unacceptable, unprofessional and unbecoming a manager of a business. If my son was working, he had to work alone At the donation door and load the semi tractor-trailer at the same time and when my son would lean and take a break to breathe, Armando would be clapping his hands and say let’s go let’s go!! Knowing that my son has asthma! My son was at work Monday, the 19th, and as he was loading the Semi trailer, his stomach started hurting was being pushed to the point of exhaustion and as he was pushing the heavy box and he had to stop and vomit. He told his boss, Armando, and Armando didn’t even care, my son called me and I picked him up because he said he was sick. Tuesday the 20th he went back to work still not feeling well but didn’t want to get in trouble because Armando had been threatening him and yelling through the entire store. Two points two points left! My son called me on his break and was so sick. He was laying down on the ground by the dumpsters, he said his stomach was killing him, and he was so dizzy. He had to hold onto the wall. I left work. I took him to the hospital. The doctor was concerned about him because his bloodwork came back and he was so badly dehydrated and had to be put on IV fluids. The doctor gave me and my son a doctors note excusing him from work from Monday the 19th through Wednesday the 21st, because of his dehydration, and how sick he was. my son was supposed to bring the doctors note in on Saturday. His next scheduled workday, Armando called my son Friday, and told him that Goodwill, HR and himself had decided to terminate him did not care about any doctor statement he just wanted to get rid of my son , which will cancel his health insurance in 30 days to a kid who has put so much work into that place and who needs his inhaler to survive. Goodwill needs a good manager instead of someone who treats special-needs people terribly, they are important people too and should be treated as such. They deserve to have a job that they don’t have to worry about being threatened, discriminated against or overworked just to get rid of them. My son was one of the hardest workers, and the best employees that that business had. BEWARE Donating to a place that treats, their employees so terribly!!

Very disappointed in my local Goodwill! Priced me out of ever shopping there again. $13.99 for a mens shirt? 7.99 for a T-shirt? I’ll keep shopping elsewhere.

We really like this store. The staff is very kind and helpful. If you take the time to look carefully you'll find some really good bargains on nice things.

I use to find great deals and unique items at this location but over the past two years or so the costs have skyrocketed. It's not every goodwill as we visit multiple throughout the month and most of them are reasonable. Most items are priced equal or higher to identical items on Ebay. They do not sell like-items as part of sets but price them all individually. Save the time and go to other locations

There is a list of things on the Goodwill site, of things they will not take. If i bring things to donate that are not on the list, take the donation. There are workers at this location that act as if you are bothering them, for you to donate items to this for profit company to make a profit off of. Look up how much Goodwill execs make, and donate to a church or salvation army.

Bought a coffee pot from here that did not work. Why would they sale it if it didn’t work? I couldn’t return it at my local store either so I’m just out the money
