I really recommend this Sonic drive in they never get my order wrong it's always busy but the employees are always so nice and friendly and greet me with a smile they work hard please if u visit this sonic please tip a dollar goes a long way they work hard

Great burgers .The A/C for the building leaks condensation all over the Van Accessible handicap spot , which is inconveniently positioned to back out .Sonic in texas loves to inflict that .Staff/service/food are great, order was accurate for ingredients temperature etcPolite staffParking: Again fix the A/C so i dont have it pouring condensation on my van roof .The handicap spot is needing to be relocated . Or the drain for A/C for building.

I saw some of the negative reviews and I share that sentiment about almost every other sonic I've been to in the past 20 years. Having said that, I don't feel that way about this one. I only come during normal work hours on weekdays so can't speak to anything outside of those times. This sonic is probably one of the best fast food spots in the area. Food is always hot, well prepared, packaged with care, includes requested condiments, and the car hop that always brings my food out literally gets me motivated to start my day. She is courteous, efficient, seems to appreciate her customers and job, is upbeat and personable, I can keep going but you get the point. This is the only sonic I go to willingly. If there is a drop in service outside of the times I come then sonic would do well to take a close look at this day crew and do everything they can to replicate on evenings and weekends. I can't remember the car hops name as I never remember names but the store knows the person I'm talking about. Whoever is preparing the food needs to be commended also. If either leave I wouldn't be coming back unless they figure out a way to clone these persons before they leave :)

Waited for 30 minutes for 2 drinks and left before we could get it.Great place to waste time, very disappointed. I live 2 minutes away from this location, and I'm going to start driving to the location in round rock, because this location sucks so bad.

Their Customer Service is pretty decent. Unfortunately I’ve had more bad interactions here than good ones. Today I ordered the BBQ Jumbo popcorn Chicken & as you can see, there’s almost no sauce at all. I’ve given this place a lot of chances, since I grew up with this franchise. But I think after today I will look for other options. I don’t recommend this Sonic.

I would like to start off with all of this can be validated via my dash Cam. I pulled into the local Sonic at 5:28 PM, pushed the red button and ordered a BAG OF ICE. The person on the intercom repeated my order and I clearly state just a bag of ice is all I ordered. As I waited I watched car after car pull through the drive-thru and noted that the two stalls to my right and left were empty as I ordered. I sat there and watched two vehicles pull in and out of the handicapped stall to my left and of the other stall to my right. Approximately 15 minutes past when I stopped a young man named Tre to ask about the amount of time it is taking for me to get a bag of ice he stated that he would go in and take care of it. I told him know that I had seen vehicle after vehicle come and go all with food orders and that I didn't understand why it was taking so long for my order. As he walked away he offered some complimentary drink tokens for the inconvenience. When he came back with my change he offered me the two tokens and I tipped him and told him that I didn't need them and to give them to someone else and I backed out of my stall. As I drove towards the end of the parking lot to turn left and exit I saw a manager standing there in a gray shirt, she gave her name as HANNAH, talking to two other uniformed employees. One, JONAH, was wearing a red polo shirt and the other had glasses and was wearing a short sleeve button down red shirt. I stopped and rolled down my window with the intent of explaining that it had taken me 15 minutes to get a bag of ice and I was going to follow up with recognizing Tre because he had served me before and had even come out to take my order personally on a previous visit because the intercom system was broken and he couldn't hear me trying to place my order. Before I could even get to that point Hannah replied "I'm on a break." I persisted and trying to get her attention and she kept replying "I am on a break." I addressed the THREE employees that were standing there now and I told them that this was not a good example of leadership and to do not follow her lead. At that point Jonah replied quote "dude, she's on a break." The shorter individual repeated the same thing and followed it up with something else that I couldn't here clearly. I addressed them and told them that I was speaking to the manager and she repeated her statement "I'm on a break." Jonah took over the conversation at that point and told me that she didn't have to talk to me. The short guy said something again but not loud enough for me to hear and I asked him if he had something to say and he shut down. At this point JONAH turned away and said VERY CLEARLY "fuck outta here" as he walked away. I asked all the employees within earshot, including HANNAH what he said and they all stated they didn't hear anything. He turned and walked back towards the group, at this point probably six or seven red shirts which one young said were ALL on a break, and I asked him "Did you just say fuck?" and he said,"Yeah, I said FUCK." Another young lady in a red shirt that had missed the initial interaction asked me what was going on stated that ALL of them were on a break. Yet another young lady in a red shirt came out to join in and I recognized her from my last visit there when I tipped her $5 for a bag of ice, a RT 44 lemonade and a gallon of tea. I thanked her for her service and told her I appreciated her and all the others for enduring this hot weather. She recognized me and smiled and started to say something and that was when JONAH nudged her with his elbow and said to her, "No, no, no, don't say anthing to this punk bitch." THIS is when I got out of my truck and walked towards him asking him if he had just called me a bitch and he turned and walked away towards the on-duty manager. I asked her if she was the on-duty manager and she said yes and told me I had to leave the premises. Told her that JONAH had just used the
