Goo5 spot.. Crew very professional and courteous. The mini pretzel dogs , made with beef are very very good the pretzel is soft and cooked to perfection.

(5/17/23) horrible service for delivery drivers. Do not delivery from here. We do them a favor not the other way around. I been coming here over 5 time to get a delivery order. All of the time, they are never busy. However they always take long to do order that have been placed way before I ever received them and drive to store. They need us for extra sales trough delivery yet they don’t value your time or the company time.

I went near to buy pretzels and And she charged my card ,then she said it didn't Go,so I'm look in my account to see if my account was charged and it was,so I show her, she said no,and didn't give me my pretzel, so I said can I get a cancelation Reset she said no so I call my bank and she says it is charged and the bank just wanted to confirm that she didn't give me the pretzel she so busy running me away like garbage, so bank says she so Rude and bad customer service.12/20/22 Auntie anne's up stairs

The pretzels are really good, but unfortunately that is the only good thing about this location. The customer service is not great, most of the workers don't really speak English. Asking questions is out of the question. If you want to order a bucket of pretzels I have been told no and have even gotten eye rolls because they didn't want to make it. Also if you like using the app and ordering before you get there, don't bother they never look at it. When you get there to pick up the order they know nothing about it, so your going to end up waiting either way. They also don't like to scan your code so you can get points on the app, and then when I try to scan my receipt in later it hardly ever works. Even though this location isn't great, if you have never tried the almond pretzel you definitely should they are delicious.

It was very busy with only 2 workers. Given this mall does not have a food court. Workers did there best. They got some orders mixed up though. Pretzels were a little burnt but better than nothing because there wasn't anything else to eat. One thing that brought my attention was how the sausages were wrapped in a towel on the counter. To me that was a bit strange.
