Just bought a pre owned ps5 which is suppose to be certified to use with no issues..have to send the console to a Sony repair facility after Sony confirmed there’s a hardware issue. Thanks for selling me a bad console?

Didn't realize gamestop just closes an hour after they open. With a post-it on the window that says will be back at 3pm. Looks like I'm buying ps5 somewhere else today. Figures.

I have gone to this Gamestop several times since moving to Texas back in October. Each time has been a rough experience but I was willing to give this Gamestop another chance multiple times. As a former GameStop employee from Florida, there are things this Gamestop does that does not meet the customer service standards. They automatically try and charge me the insurance without asking me for it. They belittled the knowledge of me and my wife when it comes to the gaming world and treat us like when are stupid. Lastly, on May 4th, the store opened 1 hour late(store opens at noon, i was there at 12:45pm and no one still was at the store), I had an online order fulfilled and ready for pick up the day before and went during my lunch break. When I returned later that day to try and pick it up again, they were closed again. The unprofessionalism of this store is ridiculous and I will be taking my business to a different Gamestop in the area or shopping on Amazon.

A small GameStop with a great personality.I rarely find myself giving a five-star rating to any version or variant of a corporation or franchise. (In Dallas I've done so twice)This store, although smaller than many I have been to across the country makes up for the physical size in enthusiasm through the employees.Enjoyed the fact that I was not blasted with the whole "sign up" marketing pitch. The guy behind the counter knew the games as a fellow gamer should, not just some person behind the counter.

I received the best customer service I've ever received anywhere from Carson and Sebastian. I'm very grateful for your help today guys. Especially Sebastian who really went above and beyond to assist me. I will be coming back to this location for all my gaming needs and that says a lot considering I live 30 minutes away from this location. I'll choose quality customer service over a convenient trip any day. Not everyone is going to display this level of service. Thanks again.

Got my Switch from here refurbished. After of month of use, I got the Orange screen of death. I had the protection plan so luckily I was able to bring it in and could get a (new) refurbished one. This location didn't have that in stock but Carson was adamant on contacting another store that had showed it to be there. He called multiple times but the other store didn't answer. He then gave me a a list of stores that displayed it was in stock. I appreciated Carson and this location to try its best to help. They are really knowledgeable about all gaming. And I eventually was able to trade them out.
