I had the worst experience last night at this location. I hate to say racial discrimination, because I hate that this can really be happening to this day. I went into the store and the manager and employee were both behind the cash wrap. I walked in and not even acknowledged, a Caucasian lady came in right behind me and she greeted her with such energy. She even offered to assist her if she needed anything! As my daughter and I walked around the store looking for hair products, not one time was I offered assistance. I then went to the cash wrap after I finally found the item, as she was ringing up the customer who had walked in after me. She was giving her tips on how to use the product and everything. As we just waited patiently. The male associate just stood there and asked the manager if he could shadow her. Never was given a quick smile or even a “we will be right with you”. As she finished the transaction I walked up to be serviced…she continued to make me wait and even yelled to the client that if she didn’t like the items she could return them. As I then laid the product on the counter she turned and put her head down as if she was doing something! I couldn’t believe the treatment I received in this store. I will never shop here again and the fact that this lady is someone who is training someone in the store. That is a shame! What kind of place would allow this type of leadership! I wish I could leave 0 stores…because their service was terrible!

Had such an awesome expedience. Tai (I hope I’m spelling it correctly, my sincerest apologies if I am not) but she was amazing! She helped me choose the products would be best to achieve my goal hair color. 100/10 customer service and kindness. Thank you! :)

Love this location! Store is always clean and organized. Staff is super nice and helpful, specially Cynthia. She goes above and beyond to answer all your beauty questions and makes sure your shopping experience is great. Will definitely be back :)

During late September, early October 2022, I went to the Sally store on North MacArthur to find a coconut oil hair masque that I had been out of for over a year. Cynthia took the time to really listen to what I needed. She then used a tech tablet to pull up 2 product knowledge staff remotely to join our search. All three were trying very hard to figure out the product I had bought years ago. I came home and took a picture of the manila jar with brown lid.I finally made it back to Sally's with my picture the week before Christmas (even though I am a manager at Men's Wearhouse across the street). I was so grateful that Cynthia was working. She left her inventory count and remembered that I was looking for a special coconut oil masque. She recognized the picture of my jar and once again called up the product knowledge expert remotely.I was directed to Raw Sugar Healing Power and Soapbox Coconut Oil. I used the Soapbox brand Christmas week. Oh, how wonderfully soft my hair was for days and days. Then last night I used the Raw Sugar brand. I will give this brand another chance, but it did seem heavy and my hair is not nearly as shiny.I am so grateful to Cynthia and the product remote team. Sometimes shampoo and conditioner are just not enough.

My mom and I went into the store today, we were greeted by Kelsey and was told if we had any questions she could help us out. After some questions we could tell that Kelsey was very short and responded in a way as if the products we were asking for never existed. There were some wide eyes and eye rolls that were noticed, but we brushed it off and just nodded and though "oh maybe the products really don't exist". We continued to search around to see if any other products intrigued us, when it came time to purchasing some hair dyes that had a $7~ amount on the tags closest to the cash register, when they rang up at a different price, we asked why since the tags were saying a different price. Immediately she said that the tags have not been updated since June (it's end of September) and that in the other isle the same products with updated pricing was the price being sold and said "the price will NOT be adjusted". Mind you there were 4 other customers in the store, 2 of which were in the check out line behind us. Everyone who was shopping stopped what they were doing to stare at Kelsey and how she was answering and treating my mother for the price error and how harsh Kelsey was speaking. There were some glances exchanged between me and the other customers behind me, nothing needed to be said out loud, but we all understood how unprofessional and disrespectful Kelsey was acting. My mom and I left along with the 2 other individuals that were behind us in the checkout line. 4 potential customers left empty handed and completely uncomfortable from the service today. Potential customers with products in their hands willing to pay whatever price (for items we needed) and decided to take our money elsewhere for bad customer service. You can have all the products in the world, but how you treat people matter. Please do better.

Now that's what I'm talking about the last one was awful, the girl here answered everything, she politely made sure I knew she knew I was there while with a customer, the. She took care of me it was quick and easy with her help. This is awesome customer service. This is the Sally's to go to

I had a great experience at this store. Steven helped me and even had someone virtually help me on the computer. Both were knowledgeable and I was able to get what I needed! Steven was friendly and greated me when I walked in.

I liked going to this location because of Danielle she knows about color and taking care of your hair. I went to this location today because I needed a developer and a color. I ask the lady that worked there she was looking at me like I was about to steal. I asked for help with a developer and a color she did help me but when I told her I’m good she still stood in the aisle with me. The girl working the register was watching go down the aisle why I don’t know. The overall experience in this store was horrible. I did not steal anything so I didn’t appreciate the ladies in the store watching me like I did

They love to follow u around don’t let u shop in peace I was waiting on my Uber ride and I decided to go into Sally’s to see if they had this moose that I use for my hair… home girl really tacked me down to ask me if i needed help when I just passed her going into the store we literally said excuse me to each other long story short if I needed your help I would have come to you at the register

I was in here about an hour ago and I see why the ratings for this location is pretty low. I wanted to buy two items that were on sale online. I asked the manager Monica if I could get the online pricing. She told me that I was not able to if the sale said online only which I informed her I am not showing that it's saying that. So then I told her that I would just purchase it online and select pick up in store. The problem with this option is one of the products was showing out of stock online even though I had it in my hand. Monica told me that was because she only had one in store. I asked since I was not able to do the purchase online and pick up in store option, can she just honor the online price. She would not budge and refused to make any exceptions. I've worked in customer service most of my life and know, that this is not the way to handle things. This was absolutely terrible customer service.

I only gave 3 stars because Manager and associate was helpful but I didn't like being followed from one aisle to the next while shopping.
