We pay a membership fee to shop at this facility. On several different occasions I have almost purchased expired milk that they are selling and the date on the cartoon has already pasted. The produce is never fresh. The grapes, strawberries, berries Always look brown, soggy, or have mold in the middle of them. The eggs come in a package seal so I can't check if any are broken and when I finally do open then some are always broke. I simply tell the workers about my experience and they say okay but nobody has made any changes. My family has been a member for over 2 years and we still find the same problems over and over. The customer service is anything but friendly at this location. This location needs some major changes or I won't be continuing with Sams.

I recently became a member of Sam's Club after many years. Prices for produce is much higher than a traditional grocery store, but I guess if you need bulk you may be willing to pay more. I purchased fresh salmon and it was delicious and less expensive than Kroger. I have also found that K-cup coffee is cheaper when buying 80-100 pods. We tend to fly through coffee at our house, so I like keeping extra on hand. Never know these days with the pandemic! Check out is a breeze and I appreciate that they offer curbside options. Definitely recommend Sam's Club!

Here's a tip to the manager of this club...don't assume your female patrons don't know anything about cars. My fiancé' and I came in today for a set of tires for her car. She had already spoken to a nice gentleman at the Grapevine location and showed her the pricing breakdown for what she had spent the whole morning researching. He advised they were not full service at the moment (covid?) and referred us to the Irving location. Had they been up and running...he would have gotten our business. Very pleasant experience. We arrive at Irving and my daughter and I go walk the store while my fiancé' handles her business. Well, she asked them for a very specific tire. Not one, but two associates told her she needed to go back to her car and take a picture of the sticker in the door (I was back for the second clueless associate). NOW had she not told him the exact manufacturer, model type AND spec (225/55 R18)...maybe she and I would have been ok with this. To humor this guy, we took the pic and showed it to him....then promptly left your store. The way they acted was insulting to say the least. I'm sure both associates could care less about a lost sale or customer satisfaction...but I would like to think a lost $800 sale might disturb the manager. Oh well...we will see if Discount Tire wants to act condescending and disinterested in customer service tomorrow.

Sams optical in Irving is the worst. You order your glasses and then you're on your own. They have no idea how to do adjustments. Had to buy glasses pliers from Amazon to do it myself. I spent over 600 on two pairs and they can't adjust them. I will have to go to another Sams or a different optical store for help. Pretty sad.

Just waited 25 minutes to pick up my online order that was supposedly ready for me. 2 cases of Diet Coke and swiffer refills. The manager here needs to be terminated. He is not customer service oriented and has no care for the customer experience. Online pick up is supposed to be fast. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location. Remember you pay $100 per year for the privilege of belonging to this club. Do not shop here.

Trenttis Has no business working in customer service! he was extremely rude and not helpful!! he told me that they no longer give temporary cards?? I know that's not true, I forgot my card, I had my drivers license and he said there's nothing he could do This is happened before and they always given me a temporary card On top of that I wanted to renew my membership and he said no you need to come back in October when your membership expires why do you allow people like this to work in customer service?

Beware that you have to wait in line for self checkout. This has happened the last four times I have been in this store. Once I just left my cart and walked out. You even have to wait for regular check out. Hire some more people!

Pick up is the worst! The door to the entrance was locked for some reason. I was unable check in online. There is now s line in the pick up area. So inconvenient

Just wanted to say the optometry staff is top notch. I had a pair of glasses break. Anay helped me and got a replacement for me in a blink of an eye. A great employee Sam's club!
