I wonder why review is 2.5 out of 5. Called to transfer my profile and my medication. I feel like the women answer my call doesn't want to work today. Pharmacy Walgreen please train your staff to be friendly and know customer service.

What is the point of advertising a drive through if they keep closing it for no reason. There was no line inside and the same number of staff behind the counter as earlier in the day when it was busy. makes no sense I use drive through to reduce my exposure to illness.

I made an appointment to get my Moderna booster shot on their website, filled out all the paperwork and showed up early for my allotted time. I was informed "we don't take appointments it's first come first served." I told them they'd better let HQ know cause they're taking them. I left since there were a lot of people waiting. Wrote an angry email to HQ got a reply that said the manager would be calling me. He did and said I don't know why he told you that we take appointments, you come in turn in your paper work then wait in line to get your shot. I'm stunned. "That's not what an appointment means, I make an appointment for 11. I show up and I get my shot at 11." "Yeah, that's what we do you come turn in your paperwork and wait in line". "Argh!!!!! THATS NOT AN APPOINTMENT!" I couldn't get him to understand what it means to have an appointment. It's pretty simple to me but apparently being a manager at Walgreens doesn't require reasoning as a skill set.

I thought I'd give them another try after all this time and they still have problems. They were filling 2 prescriptions for me and sent me a text saying 1 was ready for pickup and 1 had an insurance issue. I called them and said I no longer have ins and said I'd pay myself and said I'd be there in about 45 minutes and they said they'd be there. I went and they said they only had 1 ready and I'd have to come back in 20 minutes for the other (hydrocodone 7.5/300 pain medicine.) Then when I got home I called to file a complaint with the head pharmacist and he said they were out of that one. So twice they either misled me, lied to me, or were just exceedingly incompetent. And what kind of pharmacy is out of such a commonly used pain killer such as hydrocodone 7.5/300 anyways?

I have spent over 2 hours on hold trying to speak with someone in the pharmacy over past four days. They really don't care. When I walked in tonight to pick up a new prescription, there were 8 people in line at the pharmacy. Earlier this evening I picked up a prescription for my wife at Brown's Pharmacy, about 2 miles away, and was waiting on immediately. If my Medicare PDP plan allowed any other pharmacy, I would use it.

This store had Lysol , I traveled there to purchase a few bottles. The clerk at this store confirmed that they had 4 bottles I asked to purchase 2, she said she could only sell me 1 so out of the 4 bottles they had she sold me 1, I walked around the store looking for other items, low and behold the clerk sold 3 bottles of Lysol disinfectant spray the same I asked about to the customer in front of me. Such a liar, first come first serve. There was no limit no sign no nothing, why do you employees do this? Everyone knows that it comes in you have to be there when it arrives, but don't harbor it for your family members yourself and from the customers. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Went to pick up RX and it was $137, ask them to use Good RX and RX was $61 and I said my app is a little cheaper and pharmacist tried to look up but it locked it up, because she tried to many times and then she told me I would have to pay the $137. I ask for her to try a different coupon and she said it wasn’t their job, it was my problem. So you screw it up and then I have to pay the price, what a total “F” job. I will get with Corporate, because I was levied.

they greet me not always. very clean store. I buy my make-up there. I buy perfume and often gaze at the glass doors. the employees are not always in photo dept. I like the selection of beauty skincare.

This is a great Walgreens. I shop here often and fill all my prescriptions here too. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The pharmacist is always available to answer any of my questions. I get my flu shots here and so do my kids. I highly recommend this location!

Their customer service is terrible Ive had several issues with this store. Ive had to take items with receipts to other stores because the representative working wasn't sure of policy or how to do return. I've waited on help while both associates and managers passed me by. I've been treated rudely by associates for asking to exchange food that was a month from its expiration date. I have a pic i will post. Just because you legally can sell it doesn't mean you should. And treating your customer disdainfully because they are unhappy with YOUR product is just bad customer service. Time and time again this store has been unprofessional. If it wasnt so close to my house i wouldn't go back. Lucky me.
