First let me say the store part is fine and well run. This is strictly about the pharmacy. Where to begin. Well let's start with HIPPA violations. I called because I had an order in limbo AGAIN. This literally happens every month. The gentleman who picked up went over my prescriptions by name and all without verifying who I was. When I asked a question that required him to go into the system he finally verified me. I'm guessing that's because the system won't let them in without answers to the verification questions. The thing is, I didn't need to know anything about my prescriptions other than where they were. He didn't listen to what I initially asked which led to the HIPPA issues. When he finally listened we were able to find the delivery order was just like I said it was but nobody in the pharmacy had processed it. Again this happens every single month. I only go to Walgreens because my benefit plan switched from Kroger to Walgreens. It has been an absolute disaster. The people I've encountered in the pharmacy have been rude in some cases, liars in some cases and inept in all cases. They need to clean house and start over. I'm going to switch to a different location that's out of my way to see if it's this location or a systemic issue within Walgreens. And the App is absolute trash. Worst app in their industry by far.

The staff are clueless and disorderly. The website lets you book for vaccines they don’t have. I don’t trust them with my health anymore.

This pharmacy has run me off! I noticed several other bad reviews involving the pharmacy. The community needs a good pharmacy that can be trusted and this place is It's so disappointing and unprofessional! The problem is the pharmacy. HAILEY the pharmacy supervisor is going to continue to run off long time customers. I want to support my community's businesses but cannot/will not visit this store again.

Called for a vaccine but based on their attitude I’d rather catch COVID than have them stick me with anything !! If it’s not the job you want just quit instead of giving customers a hard time !!!!!

If I could give it zero stars I would. This is the most prejudice Walgreens I've ever been too. After almost immediately walking in I was followed by a “secret shopper” that made me feel very uncomfortable. She followed me to the line and stood very close behind me to see all the items in my hand. Even the cashier was rude. But Walking out was the worst, despite everyone else walking through the detector in the front and it not going off the Detector went off for me. I stood there and no one said anything (I was gladly willing to open my bag ect.). I finally got someone’s attention and they said “oh your good”.I’m good??!! Why would the detector go off if I’m good??!! They didn’t bother to check my bag. Walgreens has theses detectors go off when they want them too, it doesn’t matter if your stealing or not.I have no reason to steal, I work to hard for my money to not spend it.I will no longer shop at Walgreens and will be taking my business to CVS FROM NOW ON. Walgreens do better and everybody Drive the extra miles to go to a cvs.

Trained to ignore the phone. Hold times are over 40 minutes of you get an answer at all. Automatic refill system is a mess. God help you if you get a dosage change. They even assigned my scrip to a doctor I've never heard of, really screwing up my refill. Of course they definitely never contacted me. Never again

Don't waste your time going there for rapid covid testing "24hrs". You never get the results and when you call, they either hang up on you or leave you on hold just for the heck of it. Very disappointed specially when they know covid test results are extremely urgent. Save yourself a headache and find a pharmacy with better reviews.

Worst. Lost my prescription multiple times and told me I have to figure it out. Don't even try to transfer a prescription here cause they will never finish the paperwork to actually have it go through. Don't was your time.

There are some serious customer service issues going on at this pharmacy. I called to clarify a medication for a patient and staff at this pharmacy kept picking the phone up and placing me on hold without saying anything. They did this at least 6 times in a row. I was on the phone for at least 10 minutes and never got through to anyone. I have placed a written complaint. I've never experienced this level of unprofessionalism from a pharmacy.
