Needed a last-minute set of passport photos. David and female front-end staff member (im sorry i missed her name) to the rescue! Very pleasant, very attentive all while the city was under a winter weather warning and impending ice storm. (That's a big deal for Dallas.) These two exemplified customer service.

The service at this Walgreens was possibly the worst, especially for a vaccine appointment. Arrived early, but the pharmacist, swamped with consultations, only accommodated walk-ins. Inquiring about vaccine availability, I received an uncertain response due to their busy schedule, without an estimated time. The advice given was to wait, treating it more like a doctor's visit. Spent 15 more minutes to put the insurance on. They just wasted my 45 minutes of time.It seems the pharmacist is inexperienced and unsure about administering a shot. I observed significant blood and discomfort during the process.It’s a no go place until it’s needed.

Do not use their online delivery service. Awful communication. 12 days without medication and they still have not got things correct. I had to go to the ER because they failed miserably. I tracked all the doctors records and Walgreens made numerous mistakes while trying to blame it on others. But they had all they needed and if they were confused. They could have called at any time in the 12 days for clarification and they did not.

5 stars !! Everybody on that shift tonight gave great customer service and had no problem helping me . I wasn’t asked to do a review I just wanted to because it’s so rare to be that satisfied in stores these days. Thank you to the WHOLE team tonight I hope y’all get a RAISE!

Possibly the worst service, cashier spent all her time with one customer while ignoring a whole line forming because none us looked the same was her and the customer she was helping and the lazy manager just hid in the back until he heard voices getting louder, no sorry or anything. Shows if you don’t look or talk the same as the people that work there you will get the same terrible service.

Convenient location and hours, ample parking, items -- like an eye ointment not readily available at other pharmacies. Pleasant for browsing if your looking for items ranging from sunglasses to cover eye glasses to greeting cards and seasonal candy.

You can do a drive through for your medication. It is will chair accessible. It's a drugstore, so nothing is cheap in there.But is clean very friendly. You can get your photos printed there.

They checked me in for my flu vaccine appointment. Then after 40 minutes they told me they were not contracted with my insurance. Such a waste of time.

Medicine was order by doctor at 2.15Pm and it is still not ready by 4.10pm. Additionally they asked me to wait for 20mins for a single strap.Walllgreens in other locations are really good but not Irving’s.

First let me say the store part is fine and well run. This is strictly about the pharmacy. Where to begin. Well let's start with HIPPA violations. I called because I had an order in limbo AGAIN. This literally happens every month. The gentleman who picked up went over my prescriptions by name and all without verifying who I was. When I asked a question that required him to go into the system he finally verified me. I'm guessing that's because the system won't let them in without answers to the verification questions.The thing is, I didn't need to know anything about my prescriptions other than where they were. He didn't listen to what I initially asked which led to the HIPPA issues. When he finally listened we were able to find the delivery order was just like I said it was but nobody in the pharmacy had processed it. Again this happens every single month.I only go to Walgreens because my benefit plan switched from Kroger to Walgreens. It has been an absolute disaster. The people I've encountered in the pharmacy have been rude in some cases, liars in some cases and inept in all cases. They need to clean house and start over. I'm going to switch to a different location that's out of my way to see if it's this location or a systemic issue within Walgreens. And the App is absolute trash. Worst app in their industry by far.

I can’t speak for the store itself, but the pharmacy is USELESS! They’re not efficient. They’re not friendly. They don’t fill meds on time. They lie. They hang up. They run meds through good Rx instead of your insurance and charge you more and then claim it was a “accident.” They put you on hold never to return. They don’t handle things when they say they are going to. They don’t try to fix issues. They are beyond unprofessional. And straight up LAZY! I’ve never had a pharmacy waste so much of my time. Words can do no justice to how bad this pharmacy is! Go to CVS instead.

Teach your staff how to read passports I come often and it’s usually a young gentleman who cashes me out. Today unfortunately I had the pleasure of meeting Kay and elderly woman who ignored me showing my Id called me a liar about it not being expired basically even after I told her she was reading the year I received the passport and not the year it expires 2018! It expired 2028! Then kept saying my damn name off my passport over and over again for what!!! Like it was gone change the date. Very uncomfortable experience and it’s annoying that people can’t read or give good customer service. I normally only have an irritable experience with the pharmacy here but damn now the reg people too smh ??♀️
