I paid more for the membership for delivery and every single time they forget something.I HAVE TO ALWAYS CALL!!! I waited 30 minutes to talk to the manager Natalie Carlin which is rude I told her my order is always wrong I pay for Ozarka and they give me Sam's water which is half the price and disgusting.She didn't re deliver the water nor even give me a refund. if you pay double for something then you should deliver what's asked for.Customer service is horrible takes 10 years to even answer.Get it together.Thanks a lot I will not be renewing my membership or ever going back to Sam's because of NATALIE!!!! And specifically having to deal with her.And by reading reviews I'm not the only person with the same issues.

Icee and pizza was great for the price. Combined lunch cost was $3.11, not too shabby haha.

They finally had the nutella snack packs back in stock. Their concession stand is either really slow or does preplan well. 20 minutes for hotdogs at 5 is silly.

There is significant cost savings for bulk purchases, meat and produce. Their gasoline prices are the best in Houston.

I normally love Sam’s Club, but I made my appointment to have my tires put on this morning. Got here on time for my appointment and they told me it would be something I have to drop off and pick back up in four or five hours. I will be canceling my Sam’s Club membership after being a 16 year member, and going to Costco because of this experience

Not starting on the right foot. Went to get a Sam Club card, and they didn't have any. Waiting in line for the fun of it, and this was prepaid.?

If you're delivering at this Sam's Club, be careful they're receiving doors locked. You call customer service every 10 minutes they are sending someone, but they never do very unorganized Sam's Club

The store items are good. However, the concession food court needs improvement. Additionally, staff is needed and a better supply of ingredients availability. Today, only pepperoni and cheese pizza are available. 15 minutes wait for a hot dog, after waiting in a line for 10-15 minutes. Very disappointing.
