I ordered S23 in green on Friday Dec 1st and when I wanted to pick it up on Monday, it was 128 instead of 256. And there was no more green or pink available in stores or online for this model. I ended up spending 1.5 hrs in store to cancel my order and got a black S23 from another store. Meanwhile my husband was calling all the stores in katy area to find a phone in any color for me!

Faraaz was really helpful and patient and sold us on the best products the store had to offer through his extensive knowledge, will definitely come back if hes in store

Be careful with these store reps. They will not tell you everything when they offer promo even if you ask all the details and possible charges based on my experience with AT&T. You will just be surprised after receiving the bill with too many charges.

Horrible customer service sent me to a different store because they said the ran out of sims and internet was down, it was all a lie they said they could only help me if I was buying something.

The manager of this location is a liar, he sold us phone plans which have ripped us off. We have gone 5 times to have our problem solved and they have never given us a solution, they have stolen our money!!! His name is Fahim Ahsan (manager of Katy Mills location )

Not helpful at all, the employee (male and chubby, didn’t get his name) did not care to help me because I own an iPhone 8. The problem with my att line still persists with my new iPhone 12. Not going back to that store and very upset with AT&T for not solving the problem with my line

My family's switch to a new network provider would never have been so easy without the help of Chelsea Davis. She was patient, friendly, kind, reliable... just an overall wonderful person and definitely a stellar employee. Even when we had complications with our former provider and went back to the store for advice, she had it fixed in no time. Our experience with AT&T has been astronomically positive thanks to her.

your salespeople are not well trained, they did not give me the correct information !! very bad service. the manager never wanted to give me her name or store number so I could speak to customer service!
