I’m so unhappy I changed stores from the Fry Rd location to do an order pick up because I live so close to Katy Mills Mall. But I sure will go back to the other store to do my online orders and shopping from now on.Let’s see, where do I start? First of all I went into the Katy Mall Bath and Body Works store to pick up an online order I made earlier in the morning which was no problem and I had gotten my usual 20% off because I’m a member rewards shopper. But as soon as I placed my order I decided I wanted to purchase more items so I chatted with first off one of the bots who put me in touch with an actual customer service representative. She was happy to give me another 20% off since the second order was placed within minutes of the first order. But while I was typing out my email address for her I received a spam likely phone call which disconnected me and the customer service agent from BBW. How frustrating. So I started over with another one and he said he would send me the 20% off to my BBW app.I was fine I got a barcode on my app and when I went into the store i did more shopping and purchased $135. 00 more merchandise and tried to get the cashier to scan the barcode but it wasn’t for the 20% off. It was a barcode showing my BBW points which was negative! How do ? Then she asked for my I D to pick up my online order and handed me all these tiny bags and I asked for a big bag which she replied no. So I walked down the mall to my car and I’m 61 years old. I barely made it there to my car with all these little bags. When i got home the online order was no where in these bags. The store was by this time closed.I called first thing this morning and was treated by the manager like it was my fault and no we are sorry or anything. Just to come and bring the order number with me.Disappointed in their lack of customer service!!!I want to add that it’s now 3 three days after my online order was placed and I’m receiving text messages saying that I need to pick up my order today and it’s my last chance. I am really disappointed and frustrated since my son flew into town Saturday night for his father’s and my ex husband’s funeral was the next day. I really haven’t had the time or energy to go to the mall. I called the store and I spoke to one of the associates and once again no apology so I told her I was so sorry for wasting her time. These people are not very good at customer service. I should return my order but I’m going to go pick it up shortly and show the sales associates how unhappy I am and tell them I’ll never come back. I unfortunately found out the store manager is off today.DO NOT SHOP AT BATH AND BODY WORKS AT KATY MILLS MALL!!!!!!Unless you like bad customer service.

They’re forcing people to queue up outside their store and only letting a few in at a time. I thought we were past the draconian COVID rules, but apparently Bath & Body Works still embraces them. Don’t waste your time trying to stop here.

I felt like I was being shown very little and treated like I didn't have much money they wasn't even trying to sell me anything or even show me anything I like I came down here cause I had a good experience with bath and body work before but not this time I think this the last time I will come back here

I absolutely love to come here for the sales! I have gotten great products for $2-$3. Plus, They have their candles half price. I find great gifts for family and friends and you will always find such a great bargain.

I care how im treated granted the store was chaotic and busy everyone seemed stressed and unfriendly , but to blatantly not offer good customer service by matching the price you offered me online for your same location then your unexperienced cashier was sooo rude when i inquired why she says “i dont know” ok well get a manager or someone to help but then it makes sense it starts at the leadership, manager was just as rude says “we are an outlet the price is different” ummm that makes 0 sense when i bought the same items online for your store why is the price different in store , for same location . I was so taken aback by the rudeness and lack of even trying to make it right, no thanks ill take my money elsewhere and be treated better .. your loss … $65 sale ??♀️ went to Fairfield Towne Center… everyone was kind, pleasant , less chaos and organized oh and they matched the online price plus gave an additional 20% off for the poor experience at Katy Mills and making the drive to another store. They really didnt have to do that but im grateful and felt welcomed and treated with respect.Train up your folks at BBW Katy Mills ??
