Very expensive company unorganized and once you handle over money and you have a problem they total ignores you. I was promised that i will be shown how to work the system he took so long on fixing the password we was never shown how to work the system. I have ask for a warranty 5 times with a response i will send later and it look like later never gotten here.. i really thought i had a good company that was not gonna get over on me , but that wasn’t the case. Now i had to take this company to small claim court to let the judge decide on how can we get the service we was promised.. please research before using this company ..

This company is very unorganized for the amount of money that was charged, i paid 25k for a system that was not explained to me, my husband has a 85 inch tv and he have to turn the tv up to 50 just to hear a sound period. once they get your money you will not hear from them .. i have ask for a written warranty several times and he totally ignores me. so now i had to go sue him in small claims courts so the judge can decides my fate into this expensive devastated we occured. Ps: they cut a hole in our outdoor home and he made me purchased a camera because of his mistakes.. this company bid over price and greedy and do not care about their customers period.

If you don't like my reviews, I don't FN Care. This is an expensive but really impressive home theater and home security place. They have all kinds of good stuff. I think it's a local business but I'm not sure. We've only been in here once because we've been in all the different places that you can find here in this massive mall (with no exceptions - we made it a point to do so), but I highly recommend giving it a try when you're over here if you're in the market for this sort of product. If you're in the market for something like this, also, it is much better to keep your money in the community, and if as I say it's not a chain, then all the more reason.

Stoped by this location at 2:30pm on a Tuesday. Digital sign said open. Sing in door said closed. They lost my Business. I tried to call and no answer.

I never write negative reviews, I don’t think it’s right to mess with people’s businesses. But as this company refuses to return calls or emails, maybe this will get their attention.We had a simple install: new receiver, 2 channels in our house that can play either the same or different content at the same time. They did the install. Channel 2 and channel 1 cannot play the same content. And this morning, channel 2 is not working at all.Pretty simple for a home theater company to fix, right? I have emailed and called repeatedly. “Someone will get back to you in an hour or two.” Never happened. Strike 1 was a sound system that does not meet basic specifications. Strike 2 was not getting back to me at all. So here we are, me on Google with a 1 star rating. There are plenty of other companies you can work with.

I am thrilled with the job that FNC did at my home. The were quick, thorough, and provided expert service. I will need a surround sound system installed soon and will definitely call them for the job. Very happy with Guillermo and Alfonso.

FNC did an amazing job on my home theater and outdoor patio/kitchen audio project! Front start to finish they were patient and asks the right questions to ensure they understood our needs, wants, and expectations. The finish product exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend them to anyone! Very capable, knowledgeable, customer/client focused company! Again it was an EXCEPTIONAL experience..

FNC and all the employees are very professional. I hire them for several jobs in my company and for personal jobs as well . I went to their show room just to have the idea what they do and how things works. Based on my needs, they provided me with excellent products and customer service. And yes, they do followed up with me several times to make sure everything is ok. Thank you so much for everything you have done for us so far.

FNC Home Theater did an outstanding job for us installing an outdoor TV and extending our internet service. Their price was competitive, their workmanship was excellent and their clean-up was immaculate. I would recommend FNC Home Theater without any reservation.

A year and a half ago, purchased Control4 system, amplifiers, speakers and flat screens. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and flawless installation and programing. Excellent after purchase follow-up on upgrades, etc. Very satisfied.

We purchased a home theater system from FNC a year ago. We were very pleased with the services they offered us. Just recently our system stated that we needed to update our system. We attempted to update but were not able to. In the process our Logitech remote quit working. We called FNC FOUR times and never received a call back. After placing the calls we were assured that someone would get back to us soon. Never happened. So disappointed with this company.

Over the past few months I have been dealing with FNC home theater with regard to their faulty installation. In summary, FNC home theater and their owner Alfonso Caro are dangerously unqualified and nothing short of criminals.These are the sordid details...I take my audio seriously and have been a home theater and speaker fanatic for decades. FNC home theater came by and installed 2 rear surround and 4 atmos ceiling speakers, a couple months back. I had asked them to install the rear's to Dolby Surround's specifications. The speakers were installed inappropriately and not according to Dolby's own specifications, but this was the least of my problems as I later found out.The installers, Renee and Alfonso, (without my consent) cut through 6 inch thick structural joists in the ceiling, compromising the structural integrity of the entire ceiling structure. Looking at the joists, I was shocked that they blindly cut through such a thick beam without informing me or just moving the speakers a few inches to avoid it all together. When we discovered this, I attempted contacting FNC home theater. I placed multiple calls over the following week, left messages, and never got called back.The dealer Anthony who I had contacted initially about the job left FNC stereo within 6 weeks. The remainder of the staff didn't seem to care, they would just take down a message and promise to call me back within an hour. This would never happen. It seems to me that once they had my money it was no longer their concern. Eventually over a period of a few weeks I got in touch with Alfonso Caro who is the owner of the LLC and one of the installers.Alfonso is a truly deplorable individual. Each interaction with him was like pulling teeth. He was condescending, arrogant, vulgar, and frustratingly evasive. In my interaction with him I eventually managed to get him to agree to pay for the repair. I obtained an estimate provided to me by my general contractor, home owners insurance adjuster, building consultant, and a 2nd independent contractor. Over another frustrating week of multiple missed calls and deadlines on FNC's part, once Alfonso saw the estimate he refused to pay simply because he felt it was too costly. Just to point out, Alfonso never saw the damage even when I offered to arrange a time to see it. Instead Alfonso agreed to pay roughly 1/3 of the cost of the repair which he arbitrarily estimated was appropriate. I reluctantly agreed, but before he would reimburse Alfonso asked me to sign a nondisclosure form. I was insulted and appalled that a home theater company even has a nondisclosure form. I felt this was completely inappropriate so I declined the meager sum he had offered.Before you interact with this company or with Alfonso, think about the interaction I had with him. Alfonso Caro and FNC home theater has loose ethics, no pride in their work, and are scam artists. They are dangerously unqualified to install home theater or recommend products. The damage caused by Alfonso is roughly 10x the cost of the speakers I purchased from them and additionally put myself and family at risk of ceiling collapse.I would NOT recommend this company for home theater install or advice on home theater. Most of the other reviews on this website are fake or manicured by family members or employees of FNC.

FNC did a fantastic job installing our 5.2.2 Dolby Atmos home theater. Very professional and knowledgeable; and provided excellent guidance to help meet our needs. All at a reasonable price. Will definitely look to FNC for our future home video/audio/automation needs!
