Been here multiple times since beginning to bleach and color my hair because it’s closest to me but I’m over it. TL;DR: don’t come here. It’s not only a sour experience, but you also might put your hair at risk bc most of the time, the staff doesn’t know the products well.Staff is often rude with a bad attitude. Just about every time I’ve come in I’ve encountered someone who isn’t very welcoming. As for their product knowledge? OOF. I do my research when it comes to what products work for my hair, so I don’t usually have questions. But each time I’ve come here, I hear someone asking for advice on bleach or toner or something of that nature and the staff is clueless and WILLINGLY tells customers “I don’t know try this one?” Not good for staff to give out info without regard to whether it’s good or not for someone’s hair. Just say you’re not sure. But I mainly blame corporate for this. People are under the impression that the store staff is knowledgeable and you can turn to them for advice at any location, but if that’s the case then they need to train staff better at every location. In my many visits here I’ve only seen one employee with a good amount of product knowledge. If you come here, do your research prior. But maybe try another location too.

I called into the store inquiring about Tweezerman cuticle nippers. I asked if the store had them in stock. The manager told me yes we have them. I drove over 30 min from Fulshear, TX. to find out that they do not have the nippers. One of the workers which was a young lady was very professional and remorseful about the misinformation. An old woman I spoke with that works there goes to ask the manager, the person that gave me the wrong information over the phone. The manager comes over showing me tweezers and I told her I ask for Tweezerman cuticle nippers. The manger began to become defensive rude and dismissive about her incompetence. The manager tells me, “sorry, thought you said tweezers,” Very rude and dismissive. I began to tell her that her response is very dismissive and the manager says to me, “ I give the energy I receive.”I have been going to this Sally’s for over 16years all of which I have lived in Cinco. All who have worked at this location previously have been helpful and professional. This manager is unprofessional and incompetent. I will not hold this against Sally’s because I know she does not represent the company as a whole. I will not be going to that location any longer until that manger is no longer there. I know it won’t be long because managers with zero business acumen never last too long any ways.Matter of fact, the young lady that was helpful and professional is on the picture below. Maybe she should be in the manger training program, if there is one.Sally’s find quality managers

This particular location has a worker named Toni I believe she is AMAZING. She listens, makes great suggestions and is just all around the epitome of great customer service. I literally go because of her instead of going to my nearest location. This location is the best.

I have been touch up dying my hair myself since it started growing gray hairs 15 years ago at least, so you could say I am a regular at Sally’s all these years for sure. I love experimenting and trying new things because let’s be honest hair can be an expression of who we are and it’s how done people create, to many it’s an art form and one that I enjoy seeing very much. Sallys is more than an amazing selection of hair dye products; bleach, developers, toners to achieve that platinum gray color I’m so feelin these days!!! They also have an array of nail colors and diy spa products from gel nails to face masks and conditioning hair masks, so much to take your self-care to the next level without ever having to spend a small fortune nor leave your bathroom what’s not to adore. Special thanks to these kind beauties for helping me locate some products I’ve been looking everywhere for, y’all are amazing!

Stood in line to check out and the young associate was more worried about a giggle and catch up banter with a woman"friend" then checking her out. Kept making mistakes and giggling and finally I got fed up and left. There is quick chatter then there is not caring for other customers all backed up waiting to be serviced...

One of the colors I needed was not on the shelf. The lady at the register asked if I found everything and I told her I was missing one of the colors I needed. Told me to ask a younger employee because they could have it in the back but the younger employee didn't care enough to go look. Told me to call and check tomorrow. I can always go to a different Sally Beauty store and I guess that's what I'll do next time. I just wish she would have at least made the effort.

Staff was very attentive and helpful. I had to purchase new trimmer and accessories and Zoe made an excellent recommendation. After using it for a few days, I am super happy she recommended it instead of what I came in thinking I wanted. No hard sell, staff open to lots of questions and finding good solutions. I found the prices to be very good. The trimmer was on Amazon for $20 more than what I paid at Sally. Thanks so much to Zoe and Toni for super service.

The staff is very polite, this store has stopped selling a lot of hair colors. Most of the hair dyes are neutrals which don't work for me. Now they charge .15 cents for bags. Bags are apart of business. Their prices haven't gone down so why are customers paying for bags? This is ridiculous

My experience was fabulous! The associate helped me and took time to explain things. She helped me fix a huge mess up and I'm so grateful she took that time to explain how products work. Even wrote down instructions for what I needed to do. Sally's really isn't expensive like I thought. The lady could put together the items I need and the cost would be close to a box from the store. We even went over what we're going to do for my daughters hair. She was so sweet to her! I'm am now a Sally's customer for life. I'm coming back for my next step for hair then working with another associate for make up! I'm so excited! Thank you so much Kim! You are absolutely wonderful!

Don’t think you’ll get in just because the sign says they’re open. The door was locked and they closed early. This was unrelated to COVID.
