Disaster Store.
1. Promissed 300 dollars credit after getting 2 new lines and 4 new phones,
they upgraded my plan to an expensive one.
made me come day after the other, later manager and all the staff got changed, recent manager christopher says come tomorrow after 25 visits they made me stand for a manager who said i dont even work for T mobile any more. These people trick, Poor store actually very dangerous to put your self in contract like this

This is not T-Mobile owned and operated store, employees here tricked me when I opened my account and now I owe T-Mobile almost 2 hundred dollars to fix these issues and store manager is not willing to help.Avoid at any cost and visit the second store instead in the same building.

Horrible! From when I walked in to walking out. Dude you can see and hear people sitting back in the break room talking about customers! So unprofessional man. While I was getting help the Hispanic lady was on her personal phone with a friend. She also charged me 150.28 without me physically getting the phone, this store also told me they would ship my phone to the store. I’ve called for a month just for them to tell me they don’t see an order! So why did y’all charge me 150.28.? I called many times. Talked to manager lester who told me just what I wanted to here to me off the phone. I was waiting patiently and you guys didn’t even process everything correctly. I even had the customer service line called the store and they lied to them! Just an horrible atmosphere with bad customer service.

We chose this location based off of the stellar google reviews. Big mistake. First off, this place was hot. No air conditioning whatsoever. But the biggest reason for the low rating is that after walking all the way through the mall to get there, we ended up leaving because they were slow and pretty much clueless on how to help us. After standing there in the heat watching them fumble around for 20 minutes, my patience was shot and I was done. There are easier to get to locations with more knowledgeable employees. There are a million different T-Mobile locations, pick a better one than this.

Kerrion was amazing, he was so kind and helpful and for a team member he should be manager! He was so funny and helpful and knew exactly how to fix any problem, if you go to this store ask for him!

Went to get a line set up on an existing account. With no problems and no one else in the store, waited 30 minutes with no progress. Then other customers came in and were helped. They still left my phone sitting aside. Until I finally asked for it back and left with no line connected.

Kerrion is the best t-mobile expert I've ever had a sales experience with. That man is very patient and informative sales person I've every seen. Thanks Kerrion for your help!Upd: I've had other huge issues with my online orders and the expert Giovanni helped me to resolve them all by working with me while taking care of other customers and made sure that my issue addressed correctly.. I'm very satisfied!

I went into the T Mobile store as a Sprint customer ready to make a transition. Antonio and Araceli were warm and incredibly helpful. I transitioned smoothly and also upgraded my phone at an incredible price. Very good start to what I hope will be a long term relationship with this company.

Amazing service!! i believe the lady who helped me her name is mickey she did amazing. she helped me understand all the plans that they offer and one of her co workers helped me update and load up my new phone easily!!! AMAZING costumer service here!!
