Waited approx 45 minutes without any ack by T-Mobile of my presence but both reps did stay busy. It was near closing time. I was next in line - Anthony asked what I needed (which was to return an iPhone for credit); he then asked the customer after me what they needed and continued to help them until they finished and left. He then told me his store has isolated connection issues in taking back phones so I’d need to go to another store or ship it back myself. He was nice enough to print a label for me but it was a complete waste of my time and printing the label took less time than the time I had to wait while he helped the customer that came after me. I expected T-Mobile to be better. Very disappointing.

My daughter locked her phone, and Ty really went beyond his duties. He helped me with unlocking the phone. He was professional and helpful. We truly appreciate the help with our issue.

Great customer service from Orlando. Got new wireless internet. Super easy to set it up. Powerful connections and great screen resolution on streaming. My rating system gives Orlando a 10.

I never had someone take interest in my phone decision like Orlando did. It's not always easy to upgrade to a new phone but when the person helping takes a little extra time to educate you it makes it easy. Thank you Orlando!

After 7 years I decided to upgrade my old plan with T-mobile to Magenta. Anthony did a great job, was very patient, and answered all my questions. Definitely 5-star!!! If you’re looking for great customer service, ask for Anthony!!!

I was in this store waiting for more than 20 min….one employee both employees were helping customers….one of the employees was finished and instead of him helping me because I was up next he didn’t even look my way to acknowledge me he went straight to the people who can well after me. That’s not how it goes. You go in order of who arrived in the store!!! I had to wait for the other employee to finish with his customer to make my payment. He needs more training!!

Ty was amazing!!! Tried everything he could possibly do to fix our daughters phone when it died in the middle of our road trip. Best customer service we have recieved in a long time! Highly recommend coming here!

The customer service was great. I had an issue with Sprint and Ty and Anthony were extremely helpful. They were were very patient with the entire transaction. I really appreciate their time and help.

T-Mobile Katy Freeway. I know I can come in and be helped quickly and efficiently. Ty, the new store manager, was very knowledgeable about an issue I created on my phone. He showed me one way to fix my phone if the issue comes up again. He repeated as needed! ????

Bad experience! No body is responsible for wrong information. I asked about any promotion when I got my lines, later I find out from another T mobile store that I could have a free phone with my plan which they did not offer me even when I asked,Manager told me will give credit to my account because of some other mistakes that they made, he did not give the total amount and when I called he said he will call back, he never did !

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I understand their busy and had 4 employ’s working the floor. I waited 45 minutes and was never acknowledged and even had an appointment. They helped 2 other customers before asking if I needed any help! I asked to speak with the manager and all he could was say he was sorry,! I would recommend this location to anyone. Contemplating moving to another carrier after 20 years.

Went into the this location for an IPhone 12 Pro Max, there was only 2 staff working so there was a little bit of a wait. No problem. The staff was not very friendly and it seemed like they were ready to go. We arrived at 7:30 the store closes at 8. First, they said I did not have enough space available to finance the phone. Okay, no problem I will pay for it out right. Staff left to get the phone and came back empty handed saying they did not have any IPhone 12 Pro Max at all. Not one. The energy in the store was off, I get wanting to go home but Customer Service shouldn't lack because of it. I have been with TMobile since 2002, you would think that counts for something. I called T-Mobile and had NO ISSUE getting the phone I wanted, next day mailed straight to our residence.
